I have 3 of these now an love the sound quality and the smart speaker aspect, but like all my amazon devices Alexa is not the best in voice recognition.

Sales person told us it would work with apple music & other forms of music. It does though the Sonos app but not through Alexa. That was misleading. So if you use apple music you have to use the app & its not hands free. Alexa will play music through prime music or xm hands free if you have subscriptions. I was a bit disappointed because I use apple music. Other than that the product sounds great. Quality is nice. I purchased 2 units & they sync easily together.

I can't believe I took so long to buy Alexa. I bought the sonos to go with my system. I can be cleaning up the kitchen, getting ready for the day or leaving the house and ask her anything; what's the top news of the day, what's the weather like today, what day and time is it etc.? She will spell or pronounce words, tell me whats going on in history or anything I ask. Best purchase in a long time... :)

Sonos has an incredible product that is super simple to install and sounds great!

Good sound from the speakers and I have them integrated into my overall sound system, but I haven't been successful in getting them to work strictly with Alexa.

Running it for the room made a big difference. The sound is great, but the Alexa functionality is a little lacking.

This speaker is amazing but the Alexa feature doesn’t work how it should. I often tell it to play music and it doesn’t bother. I usually have to go into the Sonos app and play music through this speaker. If you want good quality speakers then this Play One is awesome. Just don’t expect the Alexa feature to work perfectly.

I absolutely love my Sonos sound system, particularly the Play 1s with Amazon.

This compact sound system impressed me. Quality sounds that makes Bose look overrated.
