The Sonos speakers if set up properly have good sound but can be highly problematic to set up and get connected with your WIfi. I have had problems getting mine (bought three of them) to connect with my wifi in my home. Tried to reach Sonos for assistance which they supposedly offer. Was on hold for twenty five minutes so gave up. Tried later and again no one took the call. At my business the speaker connected with the WiFi but not at my home despite repeated attempts, following all the guidelines and supposed fixes they have posted on the internet and failing to get customer (no) service. Therefore not a happy camper.

We’re totally won over by Sonos and how well integrated their tech and components all work so flawlessly. Well done.

Pros: Sounds great Supports Alexa (mostly) Supports Audible Cons: * Hard to use app * No Bluetooth streaming support * Cannot play iTunes Library from your iPhone; you need to leave your Mac on and go through a complex procedure (why can’t it support Airplay?) * Doesn’t support Alexa messaging/ notifications Bottom-line: sounds great but too much of a hassle and too limited. If I had to do it over, I’d spend the extra and buy a HomePod. I’m too far past my return policy so I might give it away or Craigslist it.

I got 4 of these Sonos 1 to add to my existing Sonos set up. The airplay feature is great. Easy to control sound thorough the house

Great for rooms 15x15 or smaller. I am using it to off set dead space in my kitchen. I have it set up with Sonos and it is amazing!

I cant wait to add onto my Sonos system throughiout the house. I have the entire house's lights running off Alexa with Philips HUE.

I love my Sonos speakers. Problem is, once you buy one. You’ll want more. I use these with my homepods and they work well. Airplay 2 isn’t perfect yet and you’ll get some delay now and then but overall, they do the job!

Alexa takes a little getting use to, but the device is responsive to your commands. "Repeat" feature is nifty to have.

the sound is awesome. Great clarity. volume goes up pretty loud. Nice having Alexa with the speaker. Would definitely recommend!

I love this speaker. It is easy to set up and easy to talk to in order to play music. The kids and wife love it as well.

The quality of this product is second to none, including the fantastic audio produced! This is a wonderful addition to any home!

Sound is great and Alexa is useful if you don't mind it being on all the time. The one thing it needs is a direct plug in or bluetooth connect to use it anywhere. Also it would be nice if it connected to hotspots.

We have two Sonos. It is wonderful to tell Sonos/Alexa to play pandora and the Sonos plays in the two rooms simultaneously.

Added another Sonos speaker and have been very happy with the addition. I’m always looking for a reason to add another speaker.

There are some issues. For example, it does not support multi-room listening unless you have two of these. If you have an Echo and the Sonos, than it is a no go. Hopefully they will fix this with an update.

Recently picked up a Sonos beam, Loved it so much I decided to buy two of these sleek speakers. Pairing was nice and easy.

My son uses this daily and loves it. The Alexa app capability of having a back up alarm has been very beneficial for him!!!

Sound good and easy wireless connection!!! Love that all the units work together anywhere in my home.

Love this speaker, but needs to be able to change alexas name so my other alexas don’t respond at the same time I talk to this device.

The sound of the speaker is great. The issue is that I have to disable and reenable the Alexa skill multiple times a week. I will probably go back to an Echo device.
