It’s hard to believe so much sound and decent bass comes from such a small package. Easy to set up and integrate into an existing Sonos set up. Having Alexa built in is a nice touch as well so I don’t have to have an extra echo dot in the room anymore.

Speaker sounds just as amazing as the Play 1. Love the touch controls on the speaker. Alexa is a bit buggy. Can't wait for the Google Assistant support to arrive.

Absolutely love the sound quality of the Sonos products. Having Alexa built in makes this unit great for the room. Alex has some limitations (does not intercom), but beyond that works great. I can still use Alexa to control things such as my NEST thermostat.

Adding the Sonos speakers with Alexa-great idea! Alexa even sounds better. Music really sounds good. Set-up a little tiresome, if you have more than one Alexa.

Purchased this as a holiday gift for my partner. We absolutely love I! Incredibly easy to set up, versatile, easy to use in different parts of the house as well as outdoors. Ended up buying a Soundbar and a second Sonos One for our vacation home.

Sonos builds great wireless speakers and the new sonos one is no exception. Great sound quality for small speaker. Alexa function works well, but there are some skills that are not supported. Bought unit as replacement for 2nd gen Echo. Very happy with product.

I purchased two of these SONOS speakers and couldn’t be happier. Sound quality is great and I haven’t had any issues with the Alexa integration. These were my first sonos purchases and I plan to continue to purchase from sonos instead of Bose

We purchased this unit to simply play music; however, we’ve been pleasantly surprised with not only the sound quality but the addition of Alexa. Set-up was simple and we love the ability to control the unit via voice control or mobile app.

Nice to have good sound out of an Alexa device. Connects perfectly to other sonos devices we have. Doesn’t pick up voice as well as echo but darn close. Kids love it to play music or ask questions. Also works great with connected lights and smart home devices.

So the Sonos One Gen 1 has been a fantastic device, we've had it in the house for a little under two years. It has received numerous updates to improve the usability. I purchased this device, not expecting it to have Google Home capabilities, at the time we were using Amazon Alexa at the time so it was fine. But with the addition of the Google Assistant, this is by far one of the best sounding assistants you can get. I have noticed it does not pick-up some times, but that may be, because another device is trying to grab my voice unclear. 90% of the time it's great. Sound is rich, a little more on the bassy side, but not an obnoxious amount, but just a few touches into the bass. Would recommend if you can still find them, or upgrade to the GEN 2 which i hear is just future proofed with more processing power.

I was given a couple of sonos play:1’s for Christmas and decided that having airplay 2 and Alexa were worth the extra money so I exchanged them. I am extremely happy with my decision and love everything about these speakers. I love that I can group them together to play the same music with no lag or play separate songs on each of them if my wife doesn’t want to listen to the same music. Having Alexa is a major plus as I can change the music or turn the volume up or down while in the shower. The setup is extremely easy and like that the app allows you to play from multiple streaming services. These are far better than a Bluetooth speaker because you can turn music on and leave and not have any issues with the music as they are connected through WiFi. I liked them so much I already bought a third and plan on picking up a sound bar shortly.
