awesome sound - had to get one for my son for Christmas too!

I love this speaker it sounds amazing and works very well!!!

The speaker is easy to connect to my network . Its great not having to run additional wire, just power to the speaker. I love the clarity and performance. If you want a smart speaker, this is the one to get.

I purchased the Sonos One a few weeks ago for my kitchen, because I didn't want to have to blast my Play:5 (in my living room) when I'm in the kitchen. It fits perfectly on a small shelf and has excellent sound. I grouped the One with the Play:5 in the living room so my music plays in sync in both rooms. I love how the controller allows me to easily turn off either speaker if I don't want the music to play in one of the rooms. I opted for the One instead of the Play:1 mainly because the One has capacitance controls on top of the speaker, versus the standard push buttons on the Play:1. I also like that manually turning off one of the speakers also turns off the other speaker. I'm very satisfied with the Play One!

I had the previous Sonos small speaker Play-1 and was satisfied. Recently bought the new Sonos "ONE" with Alexa and was impressed by the improved sound and Alexa app. It was easy to set up and is actually a lot of fun to walk by and say "Alexa, tell me a joke" and you hear this joke so corny that it's actually funny.

I purschased this for a friend and they absolutely love it.

I bought these to replace some Amazon Echo devices around my home. I love Sonos for their sound quality, which is absolutely incredible on these. However, the "minor flaw" is that there is no "ring of light" (or something similar) as with Amazon's various Echo devices (Dot, Plus or regular speaker). This means if you want to use an Echo Connect (which allows for taking/receiving calls over a landline phone) you can't use the Sonos One for that aspect of it. This also means you can't receive notifications when you are getting an inbound call. I feel like a v2 of this product will hopefully correct this (if it's even possible). That said, I do like the potential for integrating multiple assistants down the road and that is precisely what pushed me away from the Amazon Echo solutions (not wanting to be tied only to Alexa, but also being able to use Google Assistant or possibly even Siri at some point). And therein lies the true value and the reason why I still give this 4/5 stars. I think all these smart assistants have potential, and this device is, in effect, hedging your bet against one of them not surviving or hitting critical mass.

This Sonos speaker has incredible sound quality and is very easy to set up! Only took a few minutes to add my music apps and I was able to add my SiriusXM and listen to my favorite chanels! 100% satisfied!

This is a dream speaker. Works with Google and Alexa assistants, sounds awesome and easily pairs with other Sonos speakers to create/share music or provide rear audio via AirPlay 2.

you can"t go wrong with this item. the sound is very rich

I like the speaker, I like that it's small, I like that you can add to make it a big system, I like that it plays anything that you can throw at it and that it has voice control. The sound could be better. It's great for a small office or room. not for audiophiles.

I like pairs in rear for surround sound and it much better

Tried a few different speakers in similar price range, but none compared to the sound or convenience of the sonos play. Having apple play built in makes it really easy to play music from your iphone.

The sound on this is better than the soundbar, but I have not really had time to use it enough yet to give a better review.

This was the first Sonos I bought and wasn’t sure what to expect. The sound and clarity is unmatched. The depth of the base, power and sound are truly exceptional. I will be adding more to my system!
