We had to return our unit after having issues with the microphone not recognizing our voice in the house. The replacement is working great so far, but there are limitations to Alexa that hinder this from being five stars. The sound is great and it gets loud for the size of the speaker.

I received this as a gift and wasn't sure about it at first. Now, I'm hook to it. I love the sound quality and was surprise at how loud this small speaker could get. Now, I want to get an entire sonos system for myself. I love the music services you can listen to along with songs on my phone. I just love my speaker. If your a music lover or just looking for a quality speaker this is the one for you. The speaker does need to be plugged into an outlet but I like that. My speaker is a portable one so I set it up where ever I want to listen to music. I think I'll buy another to set up my house with speakers because I love it's capabilities and the style.

These are fantastic speakers. They out out a lot of sound for such a small device and the ability to integrate into your smart home is fantastic.

I love the sound quality of the speaker. but it is bummer that i cannot use Spotify through Alexa.

This smart speaker delivers excellent sound and is very easy to integrate into a network which has speakers in several rooms throughout the house. Alexa is everywhere!

I bought it for notifications of smartthings, and works great. Music also sounds good, along with having an assistant built in. Currently has alexa, although I am a google assistant guy, from reading up it should be receiving google assistant very soon, which was also a reason i bought it over the play 1. Only 2 sonos speakers are receiving google assistant from what I have read, play one, and the beam or bar, whatever its called because it has a mic built in. I dont think they could ever replace my whole home surround sound, I know the play 5 sounds better, but my wired klipsch is just so much more dynamic.

Good sound from this speaker, wished it had a chargeable battry that would make it portable also.

Excellent sound, good construction, very easy to configure. and not to say when you buy two and put them to sound in stereo. a recommended purchase for music lovers.

Limited Alexa functionality at this time due to the Sonos Alexa skill in Beta, but great speaker

I bought four Sonos - One speakers and they have excellent sound. It is easy to set up and group the speakers or use them separately. Alexa makes them even easier to use.

I’m not an audiophile but I insist that my music sound good. I have two One’s in a stereo pair with a sub and it’s the best sounding stereo I have ever owned. I listen to so much more music now that I have this sweet setup. Beware: Sonos is a slippery slope. Once you start, you won’t stop until you have music in every room. I also have a One in each of my bathrooms since they are built to sustain humid environments. Also one thing to note: the Sonos displays in the store DOES NOT do these things justice. Totally different ballpark when you get it home. So happy with all of my Sonos products!

The SONOS One is easy to set up, easy to use and has good sound. The SONOS app easily walks you through set up. The SONOS One works well with my other SONOS components when grouping them from one room to another. SONOS should figure out how to make the older Play 1 work with the SONOS One so that you can get stereo sound with the two components. As it is now you would need to buy two SONOS One to get the two speaker stereo sound in the same room. This is the first Alexa device that I own. The Alexa works well but so far have only used it for music and making shopping lists. The Amazon Alexa App works well with the device. There seems to be a small gap in time when Alexa recognizes that you are speaking to it before it responds with the tone. I am not sure if that gap exist on the Echo or other Alexa devices. I liked the SONOS One enough to buy another as a gift for somebody else.

Great system. Switched from an old Klipsch system and will never look back. Easy to install and has incredible sound quality.

I have purchased several of these for friends and myself. Sonos work and sound great. It is a little more expensive than most but the quality and ease of use is worth it.

Great sounding speaker but alexia was not too responsive. Would buy again if they fix issue.

I am using these Sonos 1 speakers as my rear surround. I have them paired with the rest of the Sonos system. Great and clear sound for music and movies. Very easy setup!
