We bought this for our basement and it was a good product.

The speakers are pretty good. I heard them in a store and they sounded awesome. I got these home and while they work great, I was expecting more quality, especially at this price. Base is a little tinny and it has a hard time staying connected to my wifi (though Optimum is horrible, so that's probably on them).

No complaints from the sound experience but sometimes the Alexa enabled part of the device is not functional. Apple Music can be “added” but Alexa doesn’t recognize it. And I’ve had bad experiences with the updates and the use of WiFi outlets malfunctioning. So 4 stars for the Sonos part but 2 for Alexa

Very happy with this Sonos 1 speaker. It puts out excellent sound when streaming music or when paired with my Sonos playbar as external speakers for surround sound. Overall, extremely satisfied.

Great speaker and great sound for how small this speaker is. I use Alexa with this speaker and it works better than a dot. I don’t have to repeat myself as much as I do on the amazon dot I have.

This is a great speaker with a few minor irritations. The sound is crisp, loud, and clear. However, I wish it had a battery feature that allowed the speaker to worked once it was unplugged. Also, having to use the Sonos App to play my music is a bit irritating. But overall I would recommend this speaker.

The Sonos One Gen 1 was exactly what I was looking for. I am using it to expand my home Sonos system which was easy to do. It is a small, but agile addition to my dedicated Sonos speaker system.

We have Sonos speakers for our entire house. This new Sonos One with Alexa just made the entire system better and easier to use. Spend the money on the Sonos One and you will be so glad you did.

It’s a little tricky setting up with Alexa when you first get it. But once the app and settings are set it’s wonderful to use. Alexa makes it so easy to open songs and setting alarms. I just love it.

My goal was to hear music throughout the house. Added this to the bedroom, and it sounds great. I have Alexa functionality also, so I can control the thermostat and lights with it. Love it.

We love our Sonos! The sound quality is excellent. It does have trouble recognizing our voice commands sometimes when it is sitting behind a picture frame. It also picks up Alexa commands from the TV sometimes, which is a little annoying. But, other than that it works great for playing music in our home.

Have various Play:1 and one's, Play:3's and playbar, connect amps... excellent system for whole house audio, group mode is excellent. Run all Play:1's in paired mode for good stereo sound....

Very good sound quality, Built in Alexa works very well. The mic is very well built, it can hear you from across the room even when it’s noisy and or there is a lot of chattering in the room.

You can beat the Sonos system for wireless audio. Only problem is that you can’t connect via line in or Bluetooth. Must be wireless which means you can’t easily use at as a portable speaker.

I replaced an Echo Gen 2 with this. The Sonos sound is awesome compared to the Echo. The downside is the I have had to remove it from the Alexa app and reinstall it twice as the Alexa portion stops working after a few weeks. It only takes ten minutes each time and for me it is worth it for the better sound.

This speaker is great as a stand alone as well as a complete surround sound system. You can ask Alexa to play your favorite music or talk to people in another room with standard Alexa devices
