It doesn’t work all the time. It’s sometimes connected to my Alexa and sometimes not. Sometimes responds to wake up word sometimes not. One night it didn’t stop for nothing- I finally had to unplug it.

Sound not as great as I thought it would be. Was doing fine with just the soundbar. To be fair, I haven't really cranked it up with a movie yet. But I probably shouldn't have to...

This item was on my son & daughter-in-law's Christmas list so I purchased it but then they changed their mind and choose a different speaker so I had to return this and make another purchase. I was impressed with all the Sonos features though.

Don’t like to argue with a speaker. Ask for certain types of music and there are times when I get nothing. Never had an Alexa before so this isn’t Sonos problem, just don’t like the technology.

After using an Echo for several years, I decided to upgrade to the Sonos One Gen 2. Read the many reviews available and decided that this would be a major sound upgrade. After a few weeks, my conclusion is that while there is a perceptible sound upgrade, I am not "blown away" by the sound quality. Yes, it is good, but in my opinion not fantastic. To be fair, I did notice an improvement in sound after upgrading my streaming to HD. If the price were $50 lower, I'd be more satisfied.

If one understands that a Sonos product is quality then this is a good purchase. I bought this to add to another of the same type to make the pair stereo. If Sonos made the Five a smart voice speaker i would have bought that instead

I bought this speaker thinking it would have a better sound than BOSE for a lot less. The sounds was disappointing as I tuned it to the max volume to test it out. I think a portable speaker that I bought off of Amazon for $25 had more bass than this thing! It was cool that you can connect it to your Alexa, but not worth the extra cash. Unfortunately, I had to return it....Bad news is I didn't know Best Buy doesn't give you your rewards back if you use them to purchase something. Lesson learned.

I like the compactness and sound overall, but felt like the low end ranges were missing. I think that linking a couple or more, along with a subwoofer or something, would provide a nice sound. I didn’t care for the fact that it’s nor portable, and if it’s unplugged you can’t play it. I also decided I wanted a Wi-Fi speaker, and not Bluetooth… which is why I returned it.
