Sounds good. Easy to setup. Directions on the computer are easy to follow. Works great with my soundbar

The Sonos One is just about the loudest for its size, and its hands-free Alexa and Google Assistant integration makes it a lot more versatile (and have made it my go-to speaker). Alexa and Google voice commands work like normal (though you must choose between them). It can play music, tell you the weather, find a recipe, and answer simple questions, like any other smart speaker. It also works with Siri via AirPlay 2. i really like this speaker a lot .

Bought two of the non-voice control to use as a surround sound for the arc system. They definitely make a difference! I liked them so much I decided to purchase an extra one for the kitchen and couldn't be happier. I can merge all the speakers together, or just listen to the solo speaker in the kitchen. I would say this product works better for a iPhone carrier (Sorry Android fans). An alternative would be to purchase an iPad to use around the house.

Excellent sound. Easy to setup. Have added more to additional rooms throughout the home and could not be more pleased.

Great speaker. Love that it works with Air Play or the Sonos App. Use it all around my house. Move it from room to room when needed.

Originally had purchased the Bose speakers for surround sound to accompany my acoustimass products and was severely disappointed in the fact that it didnt produce much sound for a price tag of $500 for 2 speakers. I went in store and listened to these and fell in love. Acoustimass product was downgraded to the bedroom, and I have purchased one of these speakers for my bathroom and 4 for my living room. I work from home so I listen to music all day and these babies are just wonderful! Easy to set up, if you purchase open box, make sure to hard reset these by holding the button in the back, and then plugging in the product. Adding them to the app is easy and volume control with airplay is so simple. Looking to add the arc and 2 subs to complete my living room. I ended up mounting these on the wall with the Sanus mounts. Overall well worth the purchase price, and to me a better quality speaker than bose at a much more attractive price

The only challenge I have isn’t with Sonos, it’s that I asked for Sonos with Alexa. The clerk rang me up with what I thought was just that. I went home and it turns out that this Sonos doesn’t have Alexa. Unfortunately I threw all of the packaging away. I ended up having to buy a separate Alexa to connect this Sonos to. I trusted that the clerk would give me what I asked for. I should’ve been a little more diligent in making sure. Bottom line is I paid extra for the Alexa capability and it didn’t have it.

I ripped all my CDs to a NAS drive and use SONOS devices to play my music throughout my house. I bought this speaker because it was supposed to be able to control my SONOS system with voice commands. In reality, it's capabilities with local music are limited. You can't use your voice to select local music to play, only music from streaming services. You CAN alter playback on speakers that already have a playlist assigned (mute/unmute, pause/play, raise/lower volume/what's playing?) and of course control other Alexa devices. As a speaker, it has SONOS typically excellent sound for it's size, but unless you have other Alexa devices or streaming music to control you could save money by buying a One with no voice control.

It sounds gorgeous for such a small speaker. Integration with Google and Alexa need work, no matter the sound settings the voice help is on full volume on both. You could cast from Google Music but not UTube Music.

Fantastic sound from a small footprint. We bought two and have them paired for true stereo sound. The one negative is that Alexa can't combine Sonos speakers and native Echo speakers for whole house sound.

Amazing volume! Makes my living room sound like a movie theater. I purchased two and they sound and work great.

Rich sound, perfect for surround sound. Easy to install and pair. Even better sound when using for music.

The unit is small and works nicely with other Sonos components. The volume is limited which was somewhat disappointing. It was worth buying and saving the money over a larger model five for a small area but is not great in big open areas

The sound quality is great, far better than any other smart speaker I've tried, but the Alexa integration is awful. It won't respond to voice commands the first two or three tries, and the audible chime doesn't seem to work half the time.

I love this so much better than an Echo. The sound is amazing. Setup was easy. I plan on buying a second.

This new sonos one gen 2 is awesome! Such great quality sound for a speaker this size! Deep base too! Highly recommmend

The sound quality is good, but slightly flat. After all it is a single speaker. I really like being able to wireless group multiple devices together in our open floor plan. We have 2 Sonos One's, a Beam, and a Sub in a 1200 sf space. Overall I am very happy. Setup is not difficult. Although the app is powerful, it feels like it lacks a home page. Tech support is GREAT! What you should know: You must choose if you want each speaker to work with Alexa or Google. Both assistance cant be activated at the same time on the same speaker. Using two as a stereo pair helps sound quality a lot. Unfortunately, if you do this only one functions as an assistant, not both. On my set up, music sounds good, but TV or talk can create a slight echo. I am not sure if this is a slight communications delay or just echo of the room.
