I love my sonos system and I have quite a few. The only draw back with these to me is that they need a little bass boost if they are a standalone speaker. You can EQ them in the app and they do get better. Only other draw back is the price, you need two of the same speaker to set stereo sound, So no getting a play one and a One and trying to make a stereo pair has to be two of the same.

Bought for my daughter to have music in her room, but not having to connect to a device. This has the Alexa command and allows her to control music with no device. she does not have a phone, so it works perfect. The sound quality is great, as expected with Sonos. That is why the price will be higher than other brands, if you want quality sound.

Excellent standalone wifi speaker. It has great sound and was easy to setup on my local network. In comparison, I have a Samsung speaker that I spent hours trying to make it work correctly on my network and never succeeded. The Sonos has an excellent user interface. However, the Sonos is not a true wireless speaker. It must be connected to an electrical outlet. If you have more than one Sonos speaker, you can pair them to play in stereo, or they can play different sources of music and still be controlled by the same app. Although the Sonos can be played through Bluetooth, the real benefit to getting these speakers is to connect to your wifi so that you don't have the limited range of a Bluetooth connection. But, you will have the limitation of needing an electrical outlet.

I have them in my home- along w/ other Sonos speakers. I have given these as gifts to my college student relatives. Even better when paired for stereo sound. Now that HomePod systems are getting better sound - I may have rethought these- but Sonos is a great company- with excellent support. Great sound and well built. Worth the $$

Great sound excellent quality, easy to set up clear instructions

The interface is very simple and easy to use. It makes it easy to queue songs and the shuffle seems to be fairly good (better than others that tend to repeat songs too much). Its easy to build playlist and get directly to a song or genre. The sound quality is impressive when in proximity to the speaker. I've noticed, and it may be my house, the further I get away from it, it starts to have a distorted sound...so I just keep it close I have struggled a bit to get the album art to display. There weren't many helpful resources on the internet figure out what I needed to do to get those corrected.

I love my Sonos. I love my Bose, and it was a hard choice until I heard them side by side. I chose Sonos for my bar and these One speakers are an addition to make a surround sound experience in the living room. They are amazing. Such clarity. I love them. Music sounds perfect and so does TV and Music. Get Sonos, with Alexa. So worth the price.

We had purchased 2 Sonos One speakers a few months earlier, but decided to get a third to cover the space we had for our wedding reception. The third unit seamlessly integrated with our first two and provided awesome sound for our special night.

Of course, this component has the Sonos quality you would expect. But I held off from Alexa voice control in part because it seems creepy but also because the technology is so new. I do think the tech has reached the point where it reliably (but not perfectly) listens and executes. I am optimistic that this technology will improve dramatically in the new few years.

Easy to setup. Not over barring in a space. Sounds like a home theater.

Sonos is a quality speaker to begin with but to add ALEXA to the speaker and only cost a additional $30 is well worth it!!!!! You can have the speaker play songs turn up volume or change stations just by asking Alexa without stopping what your doing and it connects with your non Alexa Sonos speakers... I suggest this to anyone wanting Alexa with brilliant sound
