Sound is excellent! We bought the beam and sub as well as 2 one’s to give us a surround sound experience and it works great; we got 2 more ones for our Lanai and works great outdoors as well, just make sure it’s a covered space.

Purchased these to add onto my Sonos Arc and it has made all of the difference. Having the sub and the Arc are great but when you add these speakers you feel like when watching a movie you are in a movie theater. Wife hates them so that should tell you how powerful they are.

Super easy to set up. It has great sound. I have it in a large, open area in my house with high ceilings. I use it to play ambient music and it has no problem filling the space with sound.

Setting up was very easy and the app is very easy to use. I first thought this speaker would be a problem without any Bluetooth connectivity, but I was wrong. You are able to listen to music without no interruptions when you get phone calls. The sound is great but it would be better if they were 360 degree speakers like the Apple HomePods. It’s a must have to have two Sonos one compared to having single to get a better audio experience. The highs sounds pretty crisp, but don’t expect to get good bass.

I already had the Arc and sub, and the system sounded fabulous! Got the rears for Christmas, and wow what an improvement! Do not hesitate if you do not have them, go for it! We also have the Ones in our bedroom and master bedroom, unreal how great they sound, and really strong bass.

Mid 4-5-Star product. Ive owned the Sono's one Gen 2 for a little over 2 years now. I recently purchased two more WITHOUT hesitation. I couldn't be more satisfied with how amazing this speaker sounds for its size as well as the rest of its capabilities and functionality as a smart speaker around your home. By far one of the best features is Sono's seamless ability to pair over your home network by way of the Sono's App...The app is also a very easy to navigate, find music, and tune your speakers. **No technical issues so far. Sonos is definitley a top tier brand on the market.

Great sound quality and good brand. Easy to operate.

It's important to judge this product by its price point. With that in mind, I am very happy with the sound. the magnificent and harmonious set of a wonderful audio. Its pure and crystalline sound with the most current standards is part of Music DNA. The HEOS App for IOS is perfect for all its functions. Product capability with Alexa are very poor only drawback. Being able to have the same ambience throughout the house is very cool function.

I purchased this speaker to have music in most rooms of my house. One of the Better buys I have made. I actually purchased two of them and now have there two and two play ones. I thinks these are the best smart speakers I have ever heard. Next I will buy the Sonos soundbar arc

Quality sound, had some issue pairing the device but all in all a good speaker

Sonos and Alexa, a match made in heaven. I have a complete Sonos surround sound system so buying 2 Sonos - One (Gen2) speakers; one for the (home) office and the other for our master bathroom gave us the convenience of having Alexa Control all our smart devices AND great sound for listening to music.

Added this speaker as a second speaker in the master bedroom to complement the existing sonos 5. What a difference in the depth of sound! This Alexa enabled speaker allows me to control the entire home sonos system with 10 components. Some problem recognizing speaker names, hope we'll learn to communicate better soon

Sonos speakers are great. This purchase was to add to an existing Sonos sound system in my son’s house. Best Buy promised a delivery date and came through, unfortunately many other retailers did not make good on there delivery’s this holiday season, kudos to Best Buy. Great job!

This speaker sounds amazing! Easy to setup and use

This is a great little speaker. It has amazing sound. The sonos app is excellent to control the speaker. The trueplay feature adjusts the sound according to the room and it makes a big difference. Now I need one for every room in the house.

I went into best buy looking for a system around $800. After listening to quality and pricing I found that the quality of most surround systems was not sufficient for what I wanted and also priced a little higher than expected. After getting a demo of this setup I immediately knew it was what I wanted! Everything about it is great. Voice controls, phone app, and great sound! Only downside was the high cost of about $1650 for the whole system. If you have the money I would get this over anything else out there!

Great sound and easy to sync to other speakers. I love the sound quality and voice controls a must in my book.
