This is a quality product and I am now a Sonos user. Sooo much better than Boss

Sonos and Alexa, a match made in heaven. I have a complete Sonos surround sound system so buying 2 Sonos - One (Gen2) speakers; one for the (home) office and the other for our master bathroom gave us the convenience of having Alexa Control all our smart devices AND great sound for listening to music.

It's important to judge this product by its price point. With that in mind, I am very happy with the sound. the magnificent and harmonious set of a wonderful audio. Its pure and crystalline sound with the most current standards is part of Music DNA. The HEOS App for IOS is perfect for all its functions. Product capability with Alexa are very poor only drawback. Being able to have the same ambience throughout the house is very cool function.

This speaker sounds amazing! Easy to setup and use

I went into best buy looking for a system around $800. After listening to quality and pricing I found that the quality of most surround systems was not sufficient for what I wanted and also priced a little higher than expected. After getting a demo of this setup I immediately knew it was what I wanted! Everything about it is great. Voice controls, phone app, and great sound! Only downside was the high cost of about $1650 for the whole system. If you have the money I would get this over anything else out there!

Sonos speakers are great. This purchase was to add to an existing Sonos sound system in my son’s house. Best Buy promised a delivery date and came through, unfortunately many other retailers did not make good on there delivery’s this holiday season, kudos to Best Buy. Great job!

Nice speaker. Wanted a ONE SL as don’t really want the voice activation but the SL’s are now hard to find. But good sound.

Super easy to set up. It has great sound. I have it in a large, open area in my house with high ceilings. I use it to play ambient music and it has no problem filling the space with sound.

Great sound and easy to sync to other speakers. I love the sound quality and voice controls a must in my book.

This thing is amazing, just as loud as it is crispy. Works with alexa pretty seamlessly. Id recommend buying the mount as well

Great sound, very crisp and clear. Have two of them setup as surround speakers to go with my playbar and sub. A little disappointed to find out that they are not airplay compatible when setup as surrounds, but still extremely pleased with the sound and Alexa compatibility. Would definitely recommend them.

This is a great little speaker. It has amazing sound. The sonos app is excellent to control the speaker. The trueplay feature adjusts the sound according to the room and it makes a big difference. Now I need one for every room in the house.

I am a recent purchaser of the ones voice activated. They give off a nice soft sound that complements The sound bar and the subwoofer that I bought along with it. My only dissatisfaction is the fact that the volume of the speakers is quite low and not heard in the voice of actors but is more relevantIn music

The best u can get in mid range decent bookshelf speakers. I have been using Sons system for a while and I just love the entire ecosystem

Sonos Speakers are very high quality. I own 5 of them for my house now. 4 of them are black, but black didn't match with my newly remodeled master bathroom, so I ordered a white one. Much better! Easy to set up with the app, Excellent sound!

Absoluetly love this speaker. Great sound, GREAT bass, and very easy to use with the app. Had a google home, but the sound wasn't great. Got this becuase it included Google Assistant and now I'm ale to controll my house. The ONLY downside about this device is the lack of bluetooth connectivity, The wifi in my area is spotty, and when it goes down, so does this speaker, making it a very expensive paper weight at times. So if you have wifi issues, I'd look into a sonos speaker that supports bluetooth. Other than that, I 100/10 reccomend this speaker.

These little speakers are amazing. We bought these originally to set up around the house for music while we entertain. We have since been using them throughout the day to listen to music since the sound quality is absolutely amazing! Looking forward to adding more to the other floors in our house.

I have 2 set up in stereo. They sound nice, Sound can become distorted at higher volumes, low - mid sound great. These speakers lost the sync functionality with Google play music when they switched to YT music. What was once a huge incentive to buy these is no more.

I ordered a new Sonos speaker but received a speaker that had been opened and set up previously. It was In like new condition but the seal was broken and had to be factory reset because it had been previously connected to another network. If I’m receiving a returned item I expect it be discounted but I ordered a new unopened item. In summation the speaker is good but Best Buy’s decision to send me a used item as new is an issue.
