I originally picked up one of these and was blown away by how great it sounded. Then I picked up a second and it blew my mind. These pair up perfectly together and they also pair well with Apple Devices. I have these connected to my Apple TV, iPhone, and Windows laptop. I’m going to save up for the Sonos Arc. Get two. You won’t regret it.

This is my second Sonos product, and well worth the money. The sound is impressive, the build quality top-notch and the smart features very useful. I have this setup in my bedroom and it fills the room with great sound and impressive base for such a small speaker. I use it with Google Assistant and have no trouble with the microphones picking up my voice even with music playing. The Sonos companion app has improved with time, but I am looking forward to the new and improved Sonos software supposedly coming this summer. I have two main recurring issues: (1) the Google Assistant randomly loses its connection to the internet, even though the Sonos speaker itself does not. The issue seems completely random and usually resolves itself within a minute or two. (2) My Sonos speakers occasionally disappear from the Devices list in the Spotify app. I am, however, still able to request music using the Google Assistant or play to the Sonos speaker using the Sonos app or Apple AirPlay. Restarting my router fixes this issue so it may be unique to my WiFi setup. Regardless this is still a five-star product. I highly recommend the Sonos ecosystem and I look forward to new products from the company.

I purchased two of these to up my audio quality in a few rooms over the amazon echo devices. Good news is they sound amazing, have great build quality and the app works flawlessly. More good news is they link together well and the voice recognition appears to be equivalent to the amazon devices. The bad news...and likely not the fault of Sonos, is that you cannot multiroom amazon devices AND sonos devices so the dream of having the same song playing gently in every room of the house has not been fulfilled. Yes you can multi room sonos devices and yes you can multiroom amazon devices but currently no way to do both at the same time. If this is your wish you should fill your home with one or the other. That said, the speakers are awesome. The setup was easy. I was even able to connect to my NAS server for basically every song I own at a tap. Controlling the volume and where the music is playing is a snap. It does integrate with Alexa (other than multiroom music) so I can control my light and other devices just the same. If you have the coin, it is my opinion this is the best Alexa enabled speaker available for the price. They sound great a short distance from you so if it’s very close to where you might be sitting I’d recommend placing them on the other side of the room. The sound seems fuller the further you get (to a point l) from the speaker. Good luck and enjoy !

It's a Sonos speaker, do you really need to know anything more? You know that it is going to sound amazing no matter what. While it is hard to appreciate how they sound on the Best Buy sales floor, once you get home you'll be amazed. If you already have an Amazon Alexa device, get the Sonos One SL and save some money. If it's going in a room where you don't have a voice assistant, the additional feature is really nice being built-in. If this is your first or only speaker, you won't be disappointed. The setup is a breeze with the Sonos app and the speaker automatically adjusts itself based on where it is placed in your room. If you're adding to your Sonos system you already know and don't need to even read this review. The speaker can also be used in a pair to create a stereo separation and hear your music or movies in ways you didn't realize before. Airplay 2, voice control and a great app are icing on the cake and just add value to an already amazing speaker.

I had been looking at Sonos products for quite some time however was illpressed to justify the expense. However, at a premium, you get what you are paying for in terms of sound quality. At louder volumes, I do not appreciate any distorted sound which is nice (sorry neighbors!). The bass is also worth mentioning in that (of course) it is not paired with a sub unless you purchase the Sonos sub however you can do just as well without one especially given the cost. The application works as intended and customer support was useful in helping me with my router configuration to allow for seamless connection without hickups. I have 2 of these speakers paired for stereo surround and the Sonos app allows you to use your smartphone's microphone to adapt the sound so that it "fits" your room appropriately to provide improved quality. I definitely recommend this product to individuals looking to start out with home audio like myself with plans to expand in the future.

Great sound from a small device. I have had another Sonos One for about 2 years and haven’t had any issues. I purchased this to be used for surround sound with the Sonos Arc and they definitely handle the job. Setup is plug and play once you have the Sonos app.

What can I say...I am really enjoying these speakers. The sound is fabulous coming from a tiny speaker. They are very modern with design and ease in setting them up on the Sonos app. I dropped 1 star because sometimes, Alexa suddenly just does not respond and I have to reset the voice command on the sonos app and alexa app.

Wasn't a believer in Sonos till I got one. Not that I was hating on Sonos just didn't know trouble free and great sounding they were. My wife and I recently had a outdoor pool system installed in our backyard and used a Sonos for the brain of the speakers. We had all our speakers surrounding our pool and spa bit didn't have our seating area covered. The theatre guys insisted we just buy a stand alone Sonos that plugs in and we could place it in the seating corner. How easy this purchase turned out to be. Simply plugged it in it found our network and was easily added to network of speakers. Can adjust volume etc just like the outdoor system. We're thinking about adding another for inside of house so our house parties have consistent music streaming all around the house. Thumbs up Sonos!!!! Btw these units sound bomb...big bass and clarity on par with Bose speakers and I own 2 of their Bluetooth speakers. Those will gather dust now and just be used for road trips

I recently purchased the Sonos One (Gen 2) Smart Speaker with Voice Control built-in in Black, and overall, I'm highly impressed with its performance and functionality. Setting up the speaker and integrating it with Google was seamless and hassle-free. The voice control feature works brilliantly, adding a layer of convenience to managing the speaker effortlessly. One of the standout features is its compatibility with other Sonos devices. The ability to create a cohesive and immersive surround sound experience by connecting it with other Sonos devices is remarkable. The audio quality is rich, delivering crisp and clear sound that truly enhances the listening experience. However, the only downside I encountered was the limitation wto play music across Google devices and Sonos simultaneously. It seems the integration isn't entirely seamless in this aspect, restricting the connectivity to other Google devices. Despite this minor setback, the Sonos One (Gen 2) Smart Speaker remains an excellent addition to my home audio setup. Its impressive sound quality, ease of use, and seamless integration with other Sonos devices make it a standout product in the smart speaker market. In conclusion, if you're looking for a smart speaker that delivers exceptional sound quality and integrates well within the Sonos ecosystem, the Sonos One (Gen 2) is undoubtedly a top-notch choice.

We've purchased a handful of these speakers and the sounds is very good for the size of the speaker. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the richness of the music. Alexa configuration and setup is a bit finicky and frustrating however once done it seems to work fine. Wish the integration with Alexa was a bit tighter as there are limitations of the commands you can perform and it seems a bit gimmicky at times. You'll need a power outlet. It's the one thing we wish was different but the speaker, although wireless capable, will always need a source to plug power into. Power cables are unsightly which made it difficult to wall mount where we wanted. Keep this in mind if you intend to use them on the wall. All in all we are very happy with these speakers.

Great sound and automatically connects to my existing Sonos soundbar and sub. I gotta figure out something tho. I hate that in surround sound mode... the voices come from the soundbar only and I'd like it to come from these which are placed on each side of me. Worst case I'll call Sonos for help.

Sonos has dominated the audio market in this price range for very good reasons. The sound quality is excellent. The tuning in a room is unexpectedly precise. The ease of setup continues to impress me as I try to help others setup their non-Sonos systems at home. I have 8 Sonos devices, including two pair speakers (have an Arc system in the media watching room). Can't beat this without spending a whole lot more money.

These Sonos speakers are very easy to set up once you install the app on your phone. Second time purchasing a Sonos for my apartment and the sound quality is unreal. Deep bass, crisp notes. Since I have two at opposite ends of the room, it creates a very immersive experience to the point where it's hard to tell where the music is coming from. highly recommend

Sonos' ease of use and quality for its price is unbeatable. I bought a pair of the Sonos ones for use in a bedroom and they work extremely well, although, I do notice that there is an exact sweet spot where it is best. This is entirely due to my room setup at this time though, the speakers are not spaced or positioned as well as I would like so I would not complain about that as an issue, I would only note it for similar purchasers.
