Most impressive was the saleperson at the Best buy in Minnetonka/Hopkins where we purchased it at. He took the time to answer all our questions and explained the difference between each and every model of speaker we were looking at. We could never find anyone to help at the Maple Grove location and we are so glad we stopped in Minnetonka.

Speaker sounds great when it connects

The reason I gave it an average score is because of the problems I have had with the wifi connection. I have two speakers and a mesh network setup. It has connection issues when both speakers are on not connected to the same base or satellite. It sounds like they have known about this issue for a while. I did finally find a work around, one speaker needs to be connected to the ethernet. But that means one speaker cannot be moved around easily.

Love them. Wish they were wireless

Wish they were wireless but don’t want to sacrifice audio. I will hide the cords for now.
