Small but this speaker has some powerful sound! Great for easy listening in a small to midsize room.

Works great. Sounds great. Easy to set up and use. It's a bit pricey but worth it because there is no wiring required and any of your devices can control it. iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc. Well done and rich solid communication between speakers. Whole house sound system set up and working in minutes.

We love sonos products, but they were a little pricey so we started with one play 5. It was awesome. We stopped using the few built in speakers with our home and tossed out all our other portable speakers about a year ago, fast forward to this year and they introduced this baby. I was skeptical because it was much smaller and less expensive. My husband loved his Christmas gift he didn't even know they came out with the play one. We plugged it in and used it in our basement. We loved it so much that we bought another one and if we want a grand sound in the basement we use both on separate ends of the room for a flawless sound system and it's so portable we use it sometimes in the bedroom. Needless to say we will be buying one more for our master suite. The many apps that is compatible with are magnificent. Our favorites are MOG, Pandora and spotify. Good luck. Don't wait just, just buy. I guarantee you will get your $200 worth. I used some of my rewards certificates I accrued and paid $160 for a great item.

I put this Sonos Play1 in my bedroom. I love the size and how easy it is to use. I can control it from my laptop, tablet or even phone. I often turn my speakers on the minute I get home or awake in the morning. Great sound from this very small speaker.

Much like the other Sonos products I own, the Play:1 was easy to set-up, works seamlessly with other Sonos speakers, and produces rich, balanced sound from a speaker with a small footprint. This is perfect for those smaller spaces where a Play:3 or Play:5 won't fit.

These speakers are fantastic. For the size, they cannot be best. Am currently using them as surround sound ambient speakers on my Sonos home theater at home. Super easy to set up, app is amazing, would buy time and time again.

These speakers are the easiest to set up and the sound is great. Great price and great quality.

The Play:1 speakers are wonderful. They are very well built, sound great, and have excellent software that controls multiple speakers/zones simply. A couple of notes: 1) The Play:1 sounds much better when used as a stereo pair as opposed to a single speaker. So get yourself 2 of them! 2) Positioning makes a difference. I experimented with the speakers in different areas of the room and achieved very different results.
