The best sound bar I’ve used. I have an LG dolby atmos that sounds worse than this at half the price of the Lg

I bought the sound bar hoping it would work wit my tv and computer. It did not work with both.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience with the Sonos Ray soundbar! We're delighted to hear that you find it to be easy to set up using the Sonos app and that it delivers very nice sound quality.

My Sonos soundbar and 65in LG OLED tv make movies so much better to watch .The sound and picture are bigger and resoundingly real!

Went through the annoying set up. Don’t think it really did anything at all. A slight boost in volume, but not worth it at all. Also, i purchased this in ‘Open Box - Excellent’ condition. The unit had gross, greasy smudges all over it and some gunk on it. I cleaned it off, thinking maybe it’d be worth it if the unit did what its supposed it (it didn’t) Do better, Best Buy.

I love the ease of pairing all your Sonos items and adding to existing items. The Sinis products do exactly what they say.

⭐️ Sonos: Overpriced, Overhyped, and Overly Frustr

I’ve given Sonos multiple chances, but after hours of troubleshooting with my last two speakers, I’ve reached my limit. Despite their premium price tag, the setup process is a nightmare—constant errors, endless resets, and zero success.
The subwoofer I bought has literally become an expensive side table because it refuses to integrate with my system, no matter how many times I’ve tried. Meanwhile, products from Bose, Apple, and even more affordable brands like Polk set up seamlessly on the same Wi-Fi network without any hassle.
For the price Sonos charges, their setup experience should be flawless, but instead, it’s consistently frustrating. Save your money and go with a brand that values both performance and user experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sonos Soundbar — Pure Audio Perfection!
The Sonos soundbar completely transformed my home audio experience. The sound is incredibly clear, rich, and full — dialogue is crisp, bass is powerful without being overwhelming, and music sounds absolutely beautiful. Setup was unbelievably easy, and the seamless integration with the Sonos app makes controlling everything effortless.
Whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or listening to music, the room-filling sound feels premium every single time. It looks sleek, performs flawlessly, and truly elevates any home setup.
Absolutely worth it — a 10/10 upgrade!
Sonos "Ray" Entry Level 2.0 Soundbar Packs a Punch

Sonos builds an ecosystem of soundbars, speakers & audio equipment that expertly distributes multi-room audio. They have established a large following of enthusiastic users who support the Sonos system design & use the Sonos phone app. "Ray", this new soundbar designed by Sonos, will be a big hit to those customers who have already invested in the Sonos infrastructure.
Measuring only 22 inches wide, Ray is designed to enhance the sound of televisions & gaming consoles in small listening rooms. The audio is crisp & clear. There is no wireless or internal sub, so Ray will not dazzle you with rocking bass performance. It does, however, produce a punchy mid bass & a clear voice for its modest size.
Surprisingly, RAY does not sport an onboard HDMI jack that is commonplace on Soundbars costing much less. Audio from your TV is connected via an IR Optical input jack. This old method of conveying audio limits the clear sound to 2 channels: no Atmos, Dolby Digital plus, nor DTS-HD, is possible.
No remote control is included & RAY does not display an array of LED's through the grill cloth, the most common means of seeing what volume level to which your soundbar is set. My TV remote was incompatible with RAY, so I had to install the Sonos iPhone App to control volume, equalization, etc. in addition to the TV remote, which did not control the optical signal to RAY.
CONCLUSION: RAY is the lowest cost, entry level Sonos soundbar. It looks great, is well built & is a welcome addition to existing Sonos users. However, without HDMI, a remote, volume indicator or subwoofer, Ray may not offer the best value for those not using the Sonos infrastructure.
