To be fair, the sound was great. It was, however, too complicated for the person for whom it was intended. It is controlled through an app on the phone. Too much tech at once with phone and two remote controls (tv)! Turns out the sound from the new tv was perfectly fine on its own. Returned this item. If you know how to use it, however, the sound is excellent.

Compact but fills in the room with crisp dialogue. Can build into a system with the sub and other speakers. Best pro to me is you could easily switch between the Sonos Ace and Ray sound bar as it is compatible for switching seamlessly.

This is one of my best buy in soundbars. I have the Bose . I like that it can be used by my remote and I don’t have to used so many remotes. The sound is very powerful for a small sound bar. Thank you Sonos
Good quality and good value if you’re already a So

Good sound and so EASY to pair with my TV, Apple TV and even the IKEA/Sonos speakers I’m now using as a stereo pair for the same room as the soundbar. Makes for a very affordable setup that isn’t high-end, but works great. Only complaint is that the remote sensor is at the bottom of the bar and that can make it hard to receive the signal from our remote control. We have to contort a lot to get the remote to be “seen” by the bar. Maybe that’s because we have the bar sitting back a bit on the table.

I purchased the Sonos Ray All-in-One Soundbar for my TV, and I'm really impressed! The sound quality is amazing, clear, crisp, and surprisingly powerful for its size. It’s perfect for a small room and makes a big difference when watching movies or listening to music. Setup was easy, and it blends in nicely with my space. Highly recommend if you're looking for a compact soundbar with great soun

I ended up returning the Sonos “Ray” because it was not compatible without WIFI on my system.
I upgraded to a slightly different model which is working out great. Best Buy tech support delivered my upgraded model and set everything up nicely.
Make sure that your systems are compatible before purchasing the “Ray.”
I love my new Sonos sound system now that I have the proper unit. I spent under $500. Not bad for really good sound quality with the ability to adjust treble, bass woofer included. If you are looking to connect to your entire house, make sure your components fit this system for entire house theatre sound. You’ll spend plenty but well worth it.

Great soundbar that fits perfectly on my desk! Given the small footprint, this soundbar slides right underneath my grovemade monitor desk stand for a clean look. Couldn't be happier and very easy to use.

This soundbar has GREAT SOUND! Seriously for such a small soundbar it’s hard to beat. It’s louder then my Bose 600 and has a more clear crisp sound then I expected. The only con I have with it, it doesn’t have Bluetooth capabilities. Wi-Fi Apple airplay works good with it though. But don’t expect to use it with Bose products, I tried and it’s just to much work with mediocre results. And the sonos app needs to be made more user Friendly
Open Box is the only good way to buy Sonos product

The Wave Soundbar works great. I was able to buy it as an “open box” which made the price a little more reasonable. Sonos products are extremely expensive for what you get but I do like them. They are just way over priced in general. Thankful that Best Buy had and open box that saved me $70 and it was in perfect shape.

There are a lot of options that are cheaper than SONOS, but few that sound as good. I have quite a few SONOS speakers in the house, so adding a soundbar to my bedroom the Ray was a no-brainer. Fantastic sound for a smaller room (like said bedroom) without requiring surround speakers or a separate sub. It will reach levels plenty high for most listeners. The sound response is excellent. SONOS offers TruePlay & firmware updates.

The speaker was a tad but cantankerous setting up and does not work with Alexa. It sounds good though and I am happy with it. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like having to use an app. I do like it though if my kids have my TV volume up too loud because I can get on my phone and turn it down. Heehee….

I wanted a soundbar for under my monitor on my computer. I already have many Sonos speakers so this was a no brainer. Although I think the 300 and the Beam are stellar products, this one is just OK. Sound is neutral which is good but the soundstage isn't great and it is a little thin. Decent value for the price, but if you are not in the Sonos ecosystem I would recommend the more expensive Beam over this or some other brand for the same price.

THis sound bar is a game changer for my new TV! THe set up and the app are easy to setup and use. I especially like the fact that I can stream my audio content from my devices to the sound bar. It has almost negated the need for having a separate stereo system, but not quite. I also like the fact that the current TV and sound bar technology has reduced the amount of cable barf needed to hook things up.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality sound stage of this soundbar given its compact size. The soundbar has great depth and clarity on the high end, middle notes sound great, and base has a surprisingly adequate thump despite the lack of a sub woofer.
This soundbar is stylish perfect for smaller spaces and is great to live on a small table below your tv and even fits in cabinets.
It's a little expensive when you consider other soundbars in this price range come with a sub as well, but that is to be expected with a premium sonos product.
All in all, I'd say this is an excellent buy for those that want quality sound, but lack space for a larger sound bar.

Amazing bass and clarity from this product. It connects to the app easily and reliably. I like Sonos for the ease. It went to our primary bedroom tv, no sub needed in a descent size bedroom.

So I got rid of a Amazon Soundbar and pick this one up at more of a gamble it was on sale and boy was I personally surprised the amount of bass and overall volume that fills up the entire room was so worth it

On the Best Buy site, I looked at Sonos sound bars because of their reputation for quality apprehenively because of their reputation for being expensive. They were on sale, but still beyond my reach. They site told me they had one in an "open box" at a price that was 30% of its normal price. It was in the original box. After a brief reprogramming, perfection in my home office. Superb sound, well thought out. Optical from my computer. Both the equipment and service from Best
Buy are exceptional, especially that they suggested a far better deal. Couldn't be happier
