I recently picked up the Sonos Roam 2 from the Best Buy in Frisco, and it has quickly become one of my favorite portable speakers. For such a compact device, the sound quality is incredible—rich, clear, and surprisingly powerful. The bass is impressive for its size, and vocals come through crisp and clean whether I’m listening indoors or outside. The portability is a big plus. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and the waterproof/dustproof design gives me peace of mind when using it outdoors or near water. The battery life is solid, and it connects effortlessly to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth depending on where I am. Setup was simple and fast using the Sonos app, and it integrates perfectly with the rest of my Sonos speakers. It’s truly a “grab-and-go” device that still delivers the premium audio Sonos is known for. Overall, the Sonos Roam 2 has exceeded my expectations in sound quality, durability, and convenience. This product is ok. It's nice that it plays well with our other Sonos speakers and app, however given that I just wanted this as a portable speaker, I think I'd be better off with one of the JBL's. The sounds isn't very loud, but it is clear in quieter environments. It's size is good and the design is nice. Battery life is pretty solid, as well, and can use plugged in. Decent for the price and if you already have Sonos equipment, a good option.

At one month old it will not turn on nor hold a charge despite attempts to reset. I thinkthey still have some bugs to work out.

The Sonos Roam 2 has nice sound for a small speaker. The nas is a lot stronger than other portable speakers I've had. The volume is not as loud as others, but the bad and treble are clean. I use this speaker when i travel. It is light and compact. I wish that it either an app or light bar showing the charge.

Bought this as an introduction speaker into the Sonos brand. I was really surprised about just how small it was, but it can deliver sound outside like a concert. It’s portable, cute and modern. I wish that the charging base came with the speaker.

Sound is good for such a small speaker. Easy to connect to from Sonos app and I love the way it sinks with my other speakers, which are hard-wire connected around the house to the Sonos amp. Long battery life. I had it playing for 7 hours at a party and no problems.

Sonos Roam is a great Bluetooth speaker with excellent sound and battery life. Its connectivity to my home Sonos system means I can extend the music outside. I can also use the Bluetooth connection to play non-Sonos music on the home system.

Over the years, I’ve had numerous portable speakers, including JBL and Apple HomePod minis. I can definitely say without a doubt, the Sonos Roam 2 is hands-down the best sounding, most durable, and longest-lasting portable speaker I’ve ever used. This speaker is amazing! Connection is flawless and it’s simple to set up using the Sonos app. The bass response and volume are incredible for a speaker this small. Buy them in pairs and use them around your home. Great job, Sonos!

I Bought Sonos Roam 2 to take in on vacations trips. We love the ease of connection and batterie life and The sound is amazing.

Purchased a couple of these from the “Excellent” returns, but they had been set up by someone else, and after reading through the Sonos website, was able to do a factory reset, and then set them up as a pair. After getting them connected, took them out to a rather large porch, and I have to admit that they sounded better than I thought they would. These little speakers provide a rich sound and there isn’t any distortion whether it’s jazz, rock and roll, or instrumental. After fine tuning the app, on both iOS and Android, it’s been nice to take these around our property and use them in various locations. The battery life is great and I haven’t tried them at the lake yet, but they may get some use in the near future. Even though they are supposed to be water resistant, I think I won’t take a chance on that until I figure something to keep them floating. I was somewhat skeptical about these, but I would recommend them.

The Sonos Roam 2 is performing as advertised. The great price and sound were the main selling points for my family. As other reviewers have indicated, the volume buttons are difficult to see because they are small and are the same material as a speaker. I simply marked the volume button with a piece of tape, which makes it easier to operate. I love the size of the speaker and the ability to adjust the equalizer on the app. I would highly recommend!

I wanted a small portable speaker to bring with me throughout my home and during outings. This smaller speaker packs a great amount of sound and bass. I have considered getting another to have in other areas of the house. I love the pairing capability with the other Sonos devices in my home.

I already had a 1st gen Roam and use it a lot. I picked up this Roam 2 to make a stereo pair for use on my deck and patio. The Roam 2 has an improved sound and battery life. My wife and I take it to the pickleball court and people are amazed at the great big sound that comes out of this little speaker. It sounds great at all volume levels. Very practical and fits in anywhere. I use it in my bar & kitchen to add another dimension of sound. We use it all the time.

Tried multiple speakers, but sonos stood out for me as it is light in weight which makes it easy to carry along. Long battery life, as I use it almost all day, so thats a plus for me and last but not the least, music is so soft and not loud and harsh like other speakers I tried.

These are awesome little speakers. This is the second one I have picked up. It works seamlessly with Alexa. It says it works with Google, but it doesn’t. There’s no option for that. I’ve given up and just use it with Alexa. The sound is great. The portability is great.

Great product. Connects easily and the charge lasts a long time. Use 1 travelling and another in our UTV. Great sound for such a small speaker.
