Probably the best thing about this is the design. Rather than a nondescript black box, this is a lovely design. It’s interesting enough that you don’t want to hide it. It can live out in the open unlike other subs. It thumps nicely, plenty for my needs on movies and hip hop.

Although the price is steep, the bass and overall system sound fantastic! The sleep design is also a bonus. I wish it weren't glossy but that's a pretty minor detail.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I have an 85 inch Sony tv and then got the Sonos arc and two sl1 speakers. I didn’t know if the sub would make a difference because already had great sound. Wow! Was I wrong! The Sonos sub made me feel as though I was actually at the movie theater! I can’t tell you how much my whole family loves to watch now! It’s really an amazing set up with the sub added! Also is an added beautiful piece for the room. Wish I would have bought it earlier! I was upset that price went up so much but used my birthday discount and rewards to get it close to old price. Truth be told If I knew how much of a difference it would make to the system I would have paid even more! So no complaints here! Thanks for not letting me down!

Well I just completed my Sonos sound system by adding the subwoofer to my Beam and a pair of Sonos One SL's and all I can say is WOW!!! This sub is the most outstanding sub I have ever heard. It's all quality lower end with no rattleing or vibrating things on shelves and cabinets. I love how easy it is to add or reduce bass with the Sonos app for just the right amount of bass for anyone's enjoyment. Right out of the box from the packaging to the little wipe to get rid of fingerprints it's obvious just how well it is made. It's heavy, sturdy and is so beautiful it will compliment any house hold interior. The sound is simply amazing and just pure quality at any level. It's more expensive than most subs but you get what you pay for and I can guarantee this, you will not find a better sounding sub for twice the cost of this one.

People saying it’ll rattle your walls are a bit overselling this sub. However, it does produce impressive TIGHT bass. Especially for its size of drivers. Will absolutely make a major difference to any Sonos system, with maybe the exception of a pair of Fives. Paired mine with an arc and a pair of play ones in my bedroom. Sound is excellent. Connectivity is excellent. Haven’t had a single drop in connection. This is a sub for the general home audio crowd. Audiophiles and true home enthusiasts need to look elsewhere. This sub isn’t going to compete with a 12” SVS…. But also it wasn’t intended too.

Before adopting the Sonos ecosystem, I had the full Bose 700 surround system. This included the soundbar, Bose bass module 700, and Bose 700 surrounds. When everything was working properly, the Bose unit sounded great. But the system itself was buggy and the insane amount of wires made everything inconvenient. So I jumped ship to Sonos, and I couldn't be happier. As for the Subwoofer specifically, the Bose seemed to rumble the walls a bit more, and that is great for the wow factor. But the Sonos sub is super clean and very tight. It sounds amazing, and I haven't turned it all the way up. If I wanted to, I bet I could boost the volume and have the walls shaking. No regrets, this thing is a beast

Great sound. Easy to setup. Love wireless operation. Can put it everywhere. It even looks great in our room with our Sonos Arc and new Sony OLED TV

We originally replaced our existing soundbar and sub combination (a lower end LG model that we got a few years ago on a Black Friday sale) with the Arc, and even without the sub, the sound was excellent. I almost decided not to add the sub thinking the Arc itself was plenty, but that would have been a huge oversight. This thing absolutely cranks out bass and adds so much depth to all aspects of the sound. After hearing the ARC with the sub, I would never recommend not getting both. No regrets with this purchase.

This Sub looks great and sounds amazing. In the living room, I keep it out in the front instead hiding it. Easy to setup as any other Sonos product, it really makes a big difference with any other Sonos speakers. It is expensive but worth the purchase. The unit avoids any kind of vibrations altogether. It helps to crawl around to find the perfect sounding spot for placing this. First use Trueplay tuning that balances and optimizes all speakers in their current positions. Then put the Sub at the listening position on the couch, play some music and crawl around to find the best position where the bass sounds best without any booming. Do one more round of Trueplay after changing the Sub's position.

Quick and easy setup. Perfect companion to my Arc! Sound is amazing! A little pricey, but you get what you pay for... And now, the housewarming...

Let's start off with... BOOM! WOW what a difference. I have the Ark and setting this sub with it was super easy. I'm not the most tech savvy individual and this was super easy. Aaaand what a difference in the sound. I didn't think I needed a sub and boy was I wrong. This sub makes all the difference in the world when listening to music of all types. Smooth jazz to hip hop. Its AWESOME. It brings the movies to life, too. There's more affordable subwoofer options out there. However, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

The Sonos Sub (Gen 3) Wireless Subwoofer is an impressive addition to any audio setup, delivering deep and powerful bass that enhances the movie and sports-watching experience. However, considering the price point, I had slightly higher expectations for the size and depth of the bass it produces, particularly when listening to music. While it is undoubtedly capable and provides a solid performance, I personally desired a more earth-shaking experience for the cost. That being said, for movies and sports, the Sonos Sub is a standout performer that adds a new dimension to the overall sound quality, and it deserves a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Powerful and high quality! Be advised it is extremely large and heavy, but that's not a minus, just a bit surprising when you pick it up if you didn't know already.

I know I am writing this little late and I am the person who really not liking to give reviews and feedbacks. But for sure I feel like I share my thoughts on this I bought this last year. I am really enjoying the immersive experience sonos arc and subwoofer. The sound quality is phenomenal rich, clear, and immersive, making it perfect for music, movie nights or playing games. The setup was surprisingly straightforward, and also got app configured my phone I can control all the settings and sounds related stuff from my phone. which I personally like super super useful feature. Overall, if you’re looking for top-tier audio performance, Sonos is a fantastic choice, and Best Buy is the place to get it for their great service and warranty options. Highly recommend!"

I was looking for a sound bar and sub to go with my LG C2. I was close to grabbing one of the LG branded setups but the Sonos had a sale. I snapped up the Arc and the Gen3 sub. Let me tell you that the sound is amazing. If you need Bluetooth this isnt the bar or sub for you. Its wifi all the way. If you have a good wifi network at home then youll be fine. I have a mesh network so no problems. If you can afford it then get it. You will not be disappointed.

The Sonos Subwoofer provides just the perfect balance to the crisp and clear sounds of the Play 5. The design is sheek and attractive and it is a nice size. I highly recommend!

Bought the Sonos subwoofer to go with my Sonos Beam. OMG, Sonos subwoofer is a great addition to the Sonos system. We were down size and we sold our old onkyo surround sound for the Sonos Beam and two Sonos SL speakers. They sound great and made life easy but the lacked the bass my old system had. But now with the great sounding Sonos subwoofer, we miss nothing from our sound system. The wife is even impress the sound quality and happy it is half the size of our old subwoofer. Plus being wireless subwoofer, I hide it almost anywhere. I am glad I bought Sonos Beam but I am extremely happy I bought the Sonos subwoofer for the system.

The base that this item produces feels like you are in a movie theater. from such a small item to feeling like there are 4 subs in the room.

I absolutely love this sub. It was so easy to set up. The sound can be a good subtle rumble all the way to an intense house shaking boom!! I love that it is wireless and how easy it is to adjust directly from your phone on the fly. I highly recommend this item to individuals that bot only impress your guests, but impress yourself as well. It is a bit expensive but it was a hands down a worth it and beyond purchase.
