Not a one size fit all...

They supposedly has 3D audio but they don't get very loud, or give you that volume option even if you decide not to listen to them that loud. They fit excellent and the battery is great. I have wired headphones that are louder plus have the same quality of bass (my only concern). Nosie cancelation is decent even with the low volume but would definitely be better if the headphones allowed you to go louder if you wanted to. Overall they look nice, feel nice, but for the price i say no.
