Paid for it and It wont let me redeem it. Its been over an hr now. I tried to call was on hold for 20 minutes and never got an answer. At this point I just want my money back!

I paid the 100.USD and got the digital code via email, when I try to redeem the code it gives me an error page, so I see nothing.

Purchased this approximately 13 hours ago and still have yet to receive any code. I specifically purchased to play NCAA football 25 and now I can’t play at all :( I’m about to go into work. I’d figure you’d get the code as soon as purchase is completed but I guess not. This waiting period is terrible. If I had known it was going to take this long I would’ve went to the store myself.

Scammer! Bought a psn digital card and couldn’t redeem it, when try to redeem the access has been denied Error code 16 the request has been denied by your security services. And I have been charged for it !!!

Should have purchased from PlayStation directly. No reason a digital gift card was purchased over 3 hours ago and I still don't have it. Never again.
