The $25 gift card was cut in half diagonally. It was still usable but it's the presentation and delivery. I never thought Best Buy would have sent a cut up gift card.

Ordered a $50 physical gift catd online, it was delivered to me and when i tried to redeem the code, Playstation store wouldnt accept the code, stating that the code was not active. It recognized that it was for $50 but would not fund my wallet. Now im out $50 and best buy wont accept a return. Filed a claim on paypal and also was rejected. Best Buy stole $50 from me. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

Item never arrived…was purchased on August 23, today is September 4, and I’m still waiting…

Purchased this gift card online and when I tried to claim it, it says there’s $50 on it but it wouldn’t allow me to redeem it. Contacted PlayStation support (mind you, it’s a 2 hour ordeal each time I have ti contact them), they said ask I have to ask Best Buy to help. Asked Best Buy to help, they said it’s past the return window (I’m not trying to return it though? And it clearly states the gift card doesn’t expire!) so they tell me I have to work it out with PlayStation even though I already tried. Completely ridiculous that this is even a debate as to whether or not they should refund me or not. I’m sure I was just unlucky but buyer beware! the same thing happens to lots of people and the next time it happens could be you! Stay away!

Love the product... just don't buy it from Best Buy! If you do, it will arrive with a HUGE sticker (same size as the card!) affixed to the card (with your name included!) making it embarrassing to give to someone as an actual gift. Check out the pics... the sticker is impossible to remove cleanly and Best Buy will not allow you to exchange it for a normal, clean gift card! You will regret this purchase from Best Buy for sure!

A $25 PlayStation Store Card, what can be said about this gift card? It redeemed fine and I was able to purchase some cool games on PSN.

You just need to go online and enter the Gift Card Number and it's Security Code in to your account.

My son love it and he keeps buying it,all year long.

With the possibility of online theft of credit card info, I am always concerned about entering my CC number. With this PSN cash card (gift card), I don't have to worry about that.

Fedex delivered to wrong address and the driver admitted that to me and the delivery pic proves this and yet Best buy will not resend or refund my money. Horrible customer service!!

I couldn’t use the code I was very upset because I wasted 50 dollars
