Besides the poor battery, the only issue that really irks me is that it seems unable to keep songs in order for all of my albums. Besides these to issues, the player does what it is supposed to do, at an affordable price.

We bought this for a lady in rest home so she could listen to music and audio books. What a nightmare in trying to just turn volume down. It was to hard to figure out so took back and bought a SanDisk which works great!

Awful sound. Display was fuzzy. Sorry I wasted my money on this piece of junk.

Probably the worst ear phones I have owned. Very cheap: certainly not aligned with the quality of the player. On the other hand, I purchased the item trying to run away from itunes enslavement to fall in the claws of another software of the sorts. I can copy my music, but not quite as if it were a drive, but rather as an apple product. Although without the charisma. It does not play MP4 format.

Keeps cutting off, I can't shuffle my music & NOW it completely shut off. Return!

I got this for my nephew for christmas.He is hard on electronics. So this mp3 player is perfect low cost option. Thing was easy to load music on to and you can also watch video.

We bought this for our daughter for her birthday. Easy to get this set up with music saved on it. She loves it and uses it daily.

I think you can get better products on the market for around the same price. I should've done my research first.

It worked OK but it had to be set every time you turned it on. We returned it and bought one that didn't have to be set every time you turned the power off it started up where you turned it off at.

after getting this it would only work if it was plugged into a computer or wall. would shut down and restart every time it was unplugged. no shuffle options either.

easy to use..... and great product..worth the price

Can't get more than 14 songs to list on the device even though when it's plug into the computer it shows more are downloaded on it. It's very frustrating for my daughters who want to listen to more than 14 songs

It's easy to use and not expensive. My daughter can listen to music while she is decorating cakes (She's a cake decorator). She loves it.

This is a great mp3 player easy to use and a good memory storage!

A little hard to figure out in the beginning...but worth it to keep trying. I have had mine for a while now and it works great.

Every time I start it goes to the first song. previous versions had the ability to resume playing last. Too much work to run through to where I left off.

Got it for my granddaughter and she loves it, especially the fact that she can take her friends pictures with it.
