I like that Best Buy has physical gift cards that are delivered really fast. This SONY card was for my boyfriends Christmas gift

It was simply the best it's a shame they didn't have an $80 gift card though would have been well needed to purchase PlayStation Plus essential since it's price increase real shame but simply the Best nonetheless

Fantastic and easy gift to give someone who is into videogames if you, yourself know nothing about them. It skips all the questions and guess work. Especially the worry once leaving a store about, "Did I actually get them what they asked for?" Never fails to make anyone I know happy that they can now use the gift card to get whatever it is they actually wanted on their system and to let them know I was thinking of them and their interest.

Always good quality over about the last ten years we received one gift card that was damaged somehow and unable to be used. We returned to the store with the receipt and card. Best Buy confirmed with PlayStation that the card was not useable and a replacement was issued but, this was 1 card out of hundreds we have purchased for our children and grandchildren.

Quality game controller. Was a replacement of the original.

My grandson was very happy to receive this gift. The Best Buy associate went to the back of the store to find the card for me and was most kind and helpful. Prior to my purchase, the Geek squad did an amazing job on my computer and even removed a superfluous virus protection plan for me!

Had to return due to Best Buy sending shipper wrong address and lost my ps5. Luckily i was able to get refund. But employees need to verify address before sending info to shipper(fedex)
