Incredible monitor for gaming - instant response, no lag! Make sure to use with a PC with DisplayPort to take full advantage of the performance. Amazing brightness and color rendering.

Wish there was a 4K option but as far as 1440p goes its great.

I picked up the Sony 27″ INZONE M10S as an open-box deal, and it's been a solid upgrade. The OLED screen delivers rich colors and deep blacks, making games look vibrant. Fast-paced action feels smooth and responsive, which is great for competitive play.

Worth the money, by far the best gaming monitor I have had, everything runs extremely smooth on the monitor. 480hz is overkill in most games, but for Fortnite and other fps games the upgrade is very noticeable. Highly recommended if your looking for the best money can buy

First OLED monitor ever. Games are vivid and fast. Just wish it was explicitly mentioned that it was running half the bandwidth at UHBR10.

Best Buy Open Box + Customer Service is at best ignorant and at worst fraudulent. Purchased this monitor as "Excellent Condition." The monitor arrived without a power supply cable and with an excessive amount of deep scratches. That would certainly be "Fair Condition." I called Customer Support about receiving a partial refund, strictly for the price drop that the Excellent Condition had undergone. I spoke with 5 reps. The first one was aggressive, dismissive, and constantly spoke over me. The next 2nd said they can't do open box partial refunds, but in-store they could: which is completely ridiculous that they would ask me to bring the monitor in, hand it over, get a refund, and then purchase the exact same monitor at a lower price. I tried to request a supervisor with the 3rd rep to see if they could give a partial refund for the price drop without spending an hour driving to my local Best Buy - he said that I could speak with a Supervisor and they would call me back (which, according to my local in-store manager, is not possible). I eventually reached a Supervisor who agreed that the policy is ridiculous but it is what it is. OK. I go into the store and return the monitor. They say they have to allow Geek Squad to analyze it before they can sell it to me. I can't just get the newly updated Excellent Condition price EVEN THOUGH it is still a Fair Condition Monitor according to their guidelines of missing essential parts and deep scratches. They tell me they will call me back as soon as Geek Squad has checked it out so that I can try and get the monitor before it gets shipped somewhere else. Not only do they sell it immediately, they do not call me for the following 2 days to inform me so I have to waste another hour to go over and attempt the purchase. AND they still listed it as Excellent condition WHEN IT IS MISSING A POWER CABLE. Despicable company. Used to be great. Completely shady and dishonest now. Avoid whenever possible.

Great display with sharp images and little to no ghosting, however, the build quality seems to not be great. The cutout for vesa mounts is slightly too small and my mount doesn’t fit properly. The back panel also creaks when adjusting the monitor and almost seems as if it’s prone to popping off completely. Pretty big issue for the price of this monitor. If they fixed these issues i’d definitely consider recommending this monitor.

Love this monitor. I have a Ryzen 7 9800x3d with a 4090 and every looks so clear and crisp. Would definitely recommend if you wanna play games in 1440P

When I purchased the item it was at a 200 dollar discount so it was 899 I would definitely recommend to buy it at that price
