Picture is beautiful. However, TV is slow to start on Roku controller, and sometimes reports losing internet connection, even though a check of the connection shows that it did not. Still a good device, just a bit of a problem with internet connection. Once we have it on a network, it is fine and behaves well. Not sure if the Roku is an issue or the TV. This only started to happen when we increased our internet speed from 75 to 300 Mbps, and got a new router, so this may be just a problem with us and not the TV.

To help you resolve the issue of slow startup with the Roku controller and intermittent internet connectivity, please follow these steps: 1. Restart the TV. Perform a soft reset by pointing the remote control at the illumination LED or status LED and pressing and holding the POWER button for at least 5 seconds or until a Power off message appears. The TV should restart automatically. Wait for approximately one minute, and the TV will turn back on. If it does not restart, press the POWER button on the remote control to turn on the TV. 2. Power Reset. Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Let the TV remain without power for 2 minutes, then plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and turn on the TV. 3. Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength. Ensure that the Wi-Fi signal strength is strong. If the signal strength is weak, try placing the router closer to the TV or ensuring there are no obstructions between the router and the TV. 4. My husband is having health issue's and his mobility is extremely limited. His tablet & the TV are something he relies on - and our upstairs TV quit. Since I changed the TV in the master bedroom to a Sony after replacing the one downstairs with a Sony we decided to to go with a 65” upstairs and it’s Wonderful - the color & clarity are amazing.

I had to replace an old flat screen that literally "fried out". This Sony smart TV is perfect in every way. Great colors and easy to set up and navigate through the channels. Even my technically illiterate husband can operate the control and menus. Love it!

We have a TCL 32" TV that was having some issues with Google TV. So we bought this TV to see if the issue was with the TV, our home network or something else. The issue was something else but we kept this TV because the picture quality is amazing compared to the TCL. We tried to adjust the TCL to the same settings in the Sony and just could not get the colors the Sony had even though the settings were the same.

I very much enjoy a Sony Bravia television because of the picture quality, sleek design, and sound quality. I especially liked that the legs of the television were not too wide apart. This television fit perfectly on the television stand I already had and this was a plus for me. Other televisions of this size had legs that were too wide apart. Thus they would not fit on my tv stand. A great television.

Great picture. The only downside is the remote has too many buttons. I like a simpler, cleaner remote. I think all the bells and whistles on the remote are overkill.

This TV replaced a 17 year old 1st generation 32" Samsung flat screen. The TV was still working well but it was very heavy (could barely lift) and clunky with a large black frame around the screen. Plus, it was obviously not a smart TV. I wanted the same size for my bedroom. As a Google TV set up did take a while but was easy to do. As expected the picture is amazing! Sound is adequate but will likely add a mini soundbar. Even in the box, the TV was very light and as an elderly I was able to carrying it up the stairs with one hand. Very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent quality TV in the size.
