I bought these speakers because I wanted to add front height chanels to my 7.2.2 setup. They are great for this (and even for surround chanels). The speakers came very well packaged and the box included the necessary parts to hang the on the wall, mount them stands and, of course, you can also set them on top of your front L and R speakers and bounce the sound on the ceiling (This is what I do). All in All, great value for your money; 100% recommended.

These speakers are great for Atmos sound effects, I hung them on my wall opposite my sofa, you can also sit them on your tower speakers if you prefer. They come with built in wall mounts for easy mounting and are angled at 45 degrees facing downward. The sound is powerful, crisp and clear, I played them on high volume and didn't detect any distortion, I was surprised by there weight I thought they were lighter because of there size. These speakers are well worth the investment if your thinking about upgrading your home theater system.

Used these to watch some atmos & dts:x content. Used my Sony 4k player to watch Jurassic Park, Ready Player One, & Hans Zimmer Live in Prague! These atmos speakers definitely made a difference! It's very subtle, but noticeable on certain content! Love them! Placed them on top of my Sony front speakers.

Nothing will replace ceiling speakers for an Atmos setup, but not everyone has the luxury of being able to have them installed. These speakers are a great compromise and value. They are low profile and add a bunch of ambience to the sound. They work especially well in smaller rooms. I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought this Dolby Atmos speakers together with Sony - 1155W 7.2-Ch. with Dolby Atmos 4K Ultra HD HDR Compatible A/V Home Theater Receiver. These two are just perfect for each other. First time experiencing Atmos so it was lots of fun. Nice to hear sounds above me, bouncing from this small speakers. It's priced right and the set up is very easy. Plug and play. I paired them with Bose speakers for my front L & R. 4K movies with Dolby Atmos is just wonderful. You will not leave your house. You might as well buy popcorn in BB.

Best speakers! I put them on the wall and they give the best sound! You can hear the nice crisp sound from over your head. Really makes a big difference in sound quality regarding surround sound! With great prices on top of that

I wanted to add a greater sound field to my home theater. I purchased most of the Sony Core Series last Christmas. I liked my setup a lot but only had a 5.2 receiver. I decided to add the Sony elevation speakers and a Denon receiver. Now my set-up is complete and sounds amazing. I now have 2 Towers with elevation speakers on top, two subs, center channel, and two shelf speakers for the rear channels.

I bought these for a proof of concept to help out my 12 year old B&W 683 speakers. I wanted to see if the Atmos speakers made a difference, and I expected to return these to buy fancier ones. These totally blew me away. I'm keeping them, they sound great, they do exactly what they are supposed to do. I would never have guessed that they would sound good paired with $1500 speakers but they do. My only complaint is the terrible spring clips. I used a pair of speaker pins to get my 14GA wire into them. They are paired with a full set of B&W Speakers and a Denon AVR-X3700H amp. Would recommend to a friend

These Sony Atmos elevation speakers were not only very easy to install as they fit nicely on top of my Sony speaker towers, but they added another awesome sound dimension to complement and complete this already great sounding Sony surround sound system.

For what they are, inexpensive speaker, they work incredibly well! Fantastic sound and work great as atmos enabled or hight speakers

Great sound. I used them for Rear Speakers. Easy to set up too.

I went and Ordered 2 Pairs of This Speakers for my Living Room and it Delivers you Crystal Clear Sound on the Overheads in Dolby Atmos Elevation Mode Or In-Ceiling Speaker Mode coming Directly at you and it’s Better than the ELAC A4 Debut Speakers in my Experience.

Got these with the stand up speakers sony has. Sounds great, looks even better with the stand up speakers. Will be buying the subwoofer as well as the center speaker next.

Great if you can get them on sale, paid $124. I did place them on my bookshelf speakers and did get some atmos effects. I recommend placing them higher up on your wall angled at the ceiling, the atmos effect was much more pronounced.

Great sound quality. I have them as rear speakers in the top wall and with the speaker already angle, makes it nice for rear sound.

Great Addition to my 9.2 Yamaha. Also hooked up with my Sony Front speakers, very nice Fit and Sound.

For dolby atmos are amazing if you mount in the wall near your surround speakers . For DTS X are good . My home cinema is Yamaha RX-V683 , Klipsch Quintet V , Klipsch R10SW and Sony SS-CSE.I tried front height and overhead for my apartment the better sound is Overhead and the crossover 100Hz the other speakers 80Hz and the subwoofer in 100Hz . At this price is the better speakers that any person can buy

I absolutely love these Sony Dolby Atmos speakers they are perfect with the other Sony speakers in my 5.1 set up it adds so much for this and depth to the sound. I have them wall-mounted in the front of my home theater and I believe they work best that way if you are on the fence about the speakers just go for it!
