Great add on for the Atmos effects. Great price for a pair of speakers that really delivers the sound up at the ceiling over your head and across the room. If you don’t have the budget for the klipsch Atmos speakers I would recommend these best bang for your buck

I was researching like crazy before buying any Dolby Atmos speakers (as we all do), and stumbled upon these while on the BB Memorial Day sale. These kept coming up upon my research and I figured for $100 bucks, why not get 2 pairs for the cost of one? Very glad I did. They are definitely worth the money, sale or not!! Placement is really key when setting up Dolby Atmos enabled speakers. I can't exactly set them ontop of my bookshelf speakers, but have them within the designated range that I still get the extra "punch" while watching the appropriate content. If I had them exactly as they should be placed, I'm sure it would be even better, but I do not have a complaint about them. Watching the John Wick movies on 4k disc is just INSANE!! It feels like Keanu is shooting the gun right in the room and all the rain scenes (there are A LOT of shooting and rain scenes) sound like its coming from over the TV and on top of our heads. My wife even hears the difference and she usually just rolls her eyes at me when I am excited about my electronics. So overall, these are definitely worth it, and do the job without breaking the bank. Kudos to Sony for a darn good pair of speakers.

Have a Denon AVR-S970H 7.2 ch powering Sony tower speakers and needed 2 Dolby Atmos speakers to complete my system. These speakers are designed to fit on top of the towers and give the perfect Atmos experience. 100% satisfied and highly recommended

Compact and affordable Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers that convincingly reproduce overhead sound effects. As a self-proclaimed audiophile, I would definitely recommend these speakers to fellow enthusiasts—you can add a new dimension to the audio experience without having to cut holes in your ceiling or upgrade existing speakers.

I bought 4 of these. 2 for the front and 2 for the rear. They sound great! Just make sure you have all dolby atmos enabled equipment before testing it or you will not get the effect that you should. There is not a whole lot out there that runs true dolby atmos. When you find it though it sounds amazing. You'll need a receiver, device, and streaming service that uses dolby atmos to get the full effect.

Had been using a receiver and TV that could play atmos setting but didn't have all the speakers required. These were the right price and the right fit and do make a difference. I had purchased this at a higher price then noticed Best Buy put it on sale soon after. I reached out and they honored the price match and credited back the difference. Excellent support.

Had to give 5 star on these speakers. Yes there not audiophile quality but they get the job done if tweaked the right way. First they are not worth the regular retail price. If you can get them at half off or more then you got a bargain. I bought these more as a trial pair of Atmos speakers. My theater room is in the basement of my house and I don’t have a flat ceiling. Vents run though the center of the ceiling. Everything is dry walled so it looks good but I don’t have a flat ceiling. I bought these speakers to hopefully get the Atmos effect. After running calibration I noticed they were turned up very high. I lowered them to reference level and I then couldn’t hear them. I turned them back up and made a world of a difference. To my surprise they had very good sound and got the Atmos effect. So don’t hesitate to turn them up. I use Audyssey calibration on my Marantz and it was very accurate for my set up to have them set higher then reference level. Overall they sound very good and get the job done.

These speakers pair extremely well with the other Sony speakers in this line. The sound is clean with no distortion. They work with no problem/issues with my Sony amp. The size is perfect, being the same as the core bookshelf speakers in width/depth, and sit nicely on top of the bookshelf speakers. The speakers are well built with a clean, smooth modern look.

I wanted atmos but didn’t want to cut my ceiling. Found these by accident. They are well made and look really nice. Great price and the sound is good considering they put out the ambient sounds. I also like the wiring in the top of the back because mine are on each side of my tv on its stand and the wires tuck away nicely.

Would definitely recommend these as they are worth the sale price I paid at $99.99. These work with my Sony 7.2.2 setup and sound great with rain or any type of above your head movement. I am buying two more when they go on sale to put in the back. Right now I have mine setup in the front on top of my Sony floorstanding speakers.

These are good little speakers. They are a bit heavier than I thought, but there's nothing wrong with that. They really do help out with the total Atmos experience providing some overhead sound. They sit well on my front bookshelf speakers and don't seem out of place.

I bought these and installed recently to go with my denon 970H receiver. Works pretty well, no complaints! Atmos is a nice touch to any home theater system.

Compared to other "Atmos Enabled " speakers they are excellent for the price. I was a little hesitant at first but it had great reviews and do a good job for what they are meant to do. Hook up was easy with the included brackets and as i said great sound. Would recommend to anyone if you need height speakers for you 5.1.2 setup.

These work very well. Atmos is amazing. I spent a lot of time testing them and found that they are best mounted to the wall. Trying to reflect them off the ceiling can be hit or miss, even with a smooth surface. If you manage to get these when on sale, for as good as they are you are stealing them.

I bought these to replace a pair of speakers that came from a HTIB that I was using as height speakers. These speakers were much heavier than I thought but they mounted perfectly and with ease on my wall. Soundwise I think they are great. I sampled with some Star Wars you can really hear those lasers shooting above you. Even better are when ships zoom over, that is the best. These speakers are a big upgrade from what I had and I love 'em.

I already had a 5.1 speaker setup with my old receiver. Once I upgraded to a new receiver that was Atmos enabled and 7.1 I went looking for new Atmos speakers that wouldn't break the bank. These sound great as the other reviews stated and they were very affordable when compared to other Atmos speakers.

I picked these up on a Black Friday sale as I had just updated to an ATMOS Receiver and needed some height speakers. I mounted these in the front of the room angling down and they work exactly as described. Nothing fancy. They have a good solid weight but being capped at 100 watt @ 6 ohm, I decided to not push them any further. I would buy them again or recommend them. They come in at a good price point compared to the Klipsch Height speakers

These speakers come with a lot of mounting options. All the brackets are high quality and made of metal. The sound of these atmos speakers are great, they add an extra level of immersion when watching Atmos enabled movies. At this price point i would recommend you pick up a set for your home theater.

I don't have the ability to do a true in-ceiling Atmos setup so I had to go with the upfiring option. My media room has a flat ceiling and is about 10 ft high. The speakers bounced sound off pretty well, although not as direct sounding as in-ceiling Atmos. For the money and the no hassle install, they are great additions to my system . 1 point marked off for the amount of trial and error I had to do in order to angle them correctly to the seating position.

I was looking to buy dolby atmos enabled upward firing speakers to compliment by home theater system. I found these on a good deal and went for it. And I am super happy to have made the decision. They are awesome, compact and do the job with perfection.
