Sony is the brand to go with. I know two people that bought Samsung TVs and stopped working a year later after the 1 year warranty had expired.

The only drawback is the sound, which is not outstanding, making this suitable for small rooms only.But the price was right for this "extra" television for the family room.

I added the Roku stick and it works perfectly

The only complaint is the sound isn't as nice as the Dynex. I will probably end up adding a sound bar or something down the road.

Wanted something to replace a Samsung and didn't want (or need) all of the features that the smart TV's offer. It's very light, the color needs some adjustments, and the audio could be better.
