I was looking for an extra no-frills HDTV for a workout space and this fit the bill. Be aware however that this does not include "Smart TV" internet access so no streaming without external gear. Also limited HDMI connections.

First Sony that I have owned and quite pleased. Easy to remove from box, easy to set up. Minor color adjustments were needed, but great clear image and contrast. Definitely recommend.

This TV is very clear. My only complaint is that it only has one video input. However, I have two dvd players that need video inputs. I can live with this by using just one. However, It has 2 HDMI which I am using one.

I was looking for a tv under 300 from a well named brand and came across this one. Looked great in my room. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good brand with low buget

This purchase was made to replace a very old television. We shop Best Buy because of your courteous sales personnel, your warranty service and general reputation. We will make further purchases as needed.

I went in looking for a cheaper TV. The TV was recommended to me during the pre-Black Friday sale by a great sales associate. It fits well in my bedroom for my use.

Got it to replace my older 720p 32" Samsung. Have a cable box and Roku connected. Works great, had no issues with it.

Had a Sony XBR for the past 10 years and was my picture reference even when compared to the newer generation TVs. Bought the smaller new 40" Sony to replace a defective TV in the bedroom and tried my best to like it, but could not. If I were to move 15-20 degrees off axis the picture would wash out. Despite the fact that I tried to modify the settings, colors never looked decent, even when sitting in front of the tv. BestBuy was absolutely great, did not have any issue returning. Used the money to buy a different TV.

TV is everything I was looking for and I got a great deal for the price I paid. The sound is not the greatest (not too bad), but I got a deal on a sound bar to solve that issue.

For the price... great TV... especially love the fact that I can put the sleep timer on AND turn the picture off, leaving just the sound.

EXCELLENT FOR VIEWING IN A SMALL ROOM. THE VOLUME IS JUST RIGHT TO LISTEN DURING THE NIGHT WITH OUT BOTHERING OTHER PEOPLE IN THE NEXT BEDROOM

Awesome TV nice image. I recommend every person that buy the Sony TV on any size they are excellent and good brand. I have two Sony TVs.

This was purchased for my pastor’s 60th birthday by members of our church in Canfield, OH. He said this tv is excellent.

If you want a basic HDTV without all of the bells and whistles and just need it to view things, I would recommend this product.

We bought a 40 inch flat screen Sony TV and are very happy with our purchase and the help we received from the store staff.

I'm a diehard Sony customer and this is one of many excellent Sony products I've purchased. To top it off...BestBuy had it on sale for an excellent price!

Replacing a low budget 40'' tv that started having color issues, Sony is better quality and cheaper, easier remote. Syncs better with Sony sound system.

I am using this TV in my kitchen. Image is bright and colors are vivid. Internal speakers are better than I expected.

My step-grandson who is in the military wanted a Sony and I found this one on line. It is what he wanted so I assume it works properly at this point.
