When I look for reviews, I like to see pros and cons, so that's what I'm gonna do. When I first saw this TV, I knew nothing about it. Had no reviews, no nothing. So this is all from me and the experience I've had so far. Pros: -Great picture. I'm a Blu Ray fanatic, and 1080p movies look absolutely incredible. Very little motion blur in fast action scenes, which is an absolute plus for a TV this size and price. Sports look great, I rewatched the Cavs-Warriors game 7 on it and was impressed with the colors and how well it handled fast motion. -User Friendly. Setting up picture was a breeze. -Connects with my PS4. I just think that's super cool. Turns on when I turn my PS4 on. -Gaming is great. Everything just looks great. -TV Setup. Took me 5 minutes to have everything out of the box and plugged in. Unreal, actually. Cons: -The picture out of the box was just OKAY. I had to do tweaking for my taste, but it took a short amount of time and I was set. -There's a little green light that indicates the TV is on. I don't know why it bugs me, but it kind of does. I'm sure it won't bother anyone else, I'm a snob. Would absolutely recommend this TV.

After reading many great reviews, I bought this on sale between Thanksgiving and Christmas. My first issue was with the sound. I had to turn it up to 80 just to get decent volume in a bedroom. Also, I spent days and days trying to get the picture to my liking, but never could. Blue colors seemed to be distorted with a purplish tint and dark scenes had a very unnatural color that I could never seem to correct. I really wanted to like this tv, but finally gave up and returned it and got a 40 inch Samsung for the same price. The Samsung has not disappointed so far (see my review for that).

TV is a good value for the features. Only has 2 HDMI ports though, so really can only plug in cable and one more device. I have my HDMI routed through a SONY receiver which allows for more hook ups.

This is a nice television. However it does not have the XBR quality that I have become accustomed to. Therefore it was returned and purchased the XBR 49X800.

After waiting a week for delivery, I took home a TV with a broken screen.I know, should have checked it before I left the store. Took it back. OK we have another one in stock. Alright lets see it. After 15 minutes the sales associates (yes 2 of them) finally found the other one in stock. Open it up before I take it. Little cracks and air pockets all over the screen. So I guess they like to throw these things around when they ship them. Just give me credit, no more in stock. Lets go see whats on the floor. Oh look, a Sony 40" smart "open box" for $225, its sitting there on and working, nice picture, good shape, at least I know it works and isn't broke, if they have a box for it I'll take this one. Go looking for the 2 sales associates that asked if I needed help 10 minutes ago, finally find them. Ask about the TV. No we can't sell you that one there's an open box return here somewhere. Three associates looked all over the store and stockroom for 20 minutes and couldn't find the open box TV. They couldn't sell the floor model because it was an active SKU. They did offer a similar unit at a comparable price, but it wasn't a Sony. I waited a week for THIS TV. We walked out of the store very disappointed. I told my wife I was dumbfounded. Too bad there isn't more competition in this area. Sorry, not really a review of the TV, just a sad story of very poor customer service.

I bought this for my kids room and was not impressed. My Samsung tvs I got my other kids look 10 tens better. I could not pass up the price
