This is a good tv for a bedbroom

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I should say upfront that I am a broadcast signal-only viewer. The picture in this Sony wins hands down. You simply can't find better for the money. I liked the picture so much that I kept the TV over the competing Samsung, which came complete with a all-channel preview feature sorely lacking on this Sony. Sony, what were you thinking to leave out what is today so basic a feature? I still recommend the product, but won't go higher than four stars.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have another Sony TV so I was leaning towards getting this TV already but I was between this one and a Samsung for my bedroom but I spoke with the salesperson and they told me this Sony is newer than the Samsung I was looking at (the Samsung had much more reviews) and the Sony had much better picture quality and a higher refresh rate. I love the Sony I already have and you cannot beat the picture quality. When it comes down to it, I think I will always be a Sony TV person.

Easy set up, not compatible with Hulu

I am incredibly disappointed by the apps offered in the Opera TV Store. Hulu is not available, and neither are the music streaming apps Pandora and Spotify. I now have to purchase another device (Amazon Fire TV stick) in order to watch Hulu on this TV. The TV itself was easy to set up, and the picture and sound quality are fine. But, I would not have spent the money to purchase a smart TV if I had known that it was not possible to install Hulu.

That was very frustrating and adding them in the packing would be what I expect of Sony. Thank goodness I had the right ones in my assortment of screws.
