||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sharp and crisp image quality. The t.v shipped fast, undamaged and delivered directly to my door. The reasons I gave it a 4 star are: The Opera TV Store app does not open when I select the option. I called Sony and was advised to reset the tv back to manufacturer settings. I expect a brand new t.v. to be fully functional right out of the box. If you have cable that is connected through a coaxial cable to the back of the TV, it is really hard to screw the cable onto the back of the tv. The position on the tv makes it tough to tighten the cable.
