Very pleased with our 40".It fits perfectly as a second TV for another room. Sharp crisp clear picture,easy set up and very light weight . The built in speakers good be better but can easily be solved with external options should you decide.

Great picture great sound right size for my living room

I luv Sony Tv's. I have the same one in my master bedroom. It is the perfect size for my guest room . The picture is really vibrant . It is easy to operate .

Smart TV (w/o Android system), this TV is totally worth the dollars

This was a good basic TV. I usually buy Sony products and have never had a problem with any of them. The main reasons for this particular model was it fit easily into my car, could be handled by one person (they recommend two), was easy to set up, and did not overwhelm my living room. The only negative thing about the install was the instructions for attaching the stand to the set. I am not very mechanical, and the pictures for the process were very small and hard to see. They also include pictures of how NOT to attach the stand, which confused me until I figured out what they were doing. The picture is sharp, bright, and the sound isn't half bad. I haven't used any of the "smart" features yet since my cable company already provides most of them as part of their service.

This Sony 40" tv is awesome. 40" and 1080p provides clear picture, very sharp and beautiful color. This model has the highest motionflow rate for refreshing picture, great for sports or action. This was money well spent.

This is my second SONY tv in the last 5 years. One for my living room and now this for my back porch. The picture is sharp and clear, even the low-def programs. It was easy to set up and the remote is intuitive.

Excellent buy. Bought this TV for entire family use. Has a great picture for movie viewing, has easy hook up for child's gaming system, works well with all of our extra video equipment.

The Sony Smart TV has a really clear picture. The sound isn't the best. The speakers are on the bottom of the TV. We hooked up a sound bar and the sound is better. The smart TV on the remote is easy to control. Good TV for the price.

Bought this to replace a Vizio that I loved but was starting to go bad. Very lightweight, and had the center stand I needed to fit on a smaller table. Has excellent sound and picture.
