It did not come with the HDMI cable which I did not know I needed so I did not have use of my new TV. Other than than, great SONY color, great sound. I would recommend this TV and Best Buy to anyone. Great Quality, Great Price and pretty amazing service. Remember buy the little inexpensive cable that should have come with it.

Purchased my new smart Sony 40" LED for my office and am very pleased with the picture quality, sound, sleekness and features. Very simple to navigate to watch my Netflix. Purchased my new Sony to replace my 1.5 yr old Samsung TV that the picture blew. Very happy with my purchase. Sony never disappoints.

After my cat knocked my 2014 model off the mantelpiece and wrecked the screen, I needed a quick replacement. The interface is not as bright and user friendly as the previous model, and there are only 2 hdmi ports instead of the other model’s 4, but the picture is crisp, with the great contrast that I associate with Sony.

This is my first flat screen TV-very happy with it

Employees at Best Buy answered all my questions and helped me decide what was a good fit for my needs. I had a friend set it up for me because I never would have been able to do it, but for someone with more current knowledge than me it was simple. Thirty days in it is working flawlessly.

Nothing beats a Sony

You can't go wrong with Sony. Excellent picture quality straight out of the box. Very little tweaking is needed to get a good quality picture. The factory speakers are not bad either even though I have a sound bar on mine. I have a total of 4 Sony tvs now. I will not buy another brand.
