I did a lot of research on different brands before purchasing this Sony. The size is perfect the room. Was looking at larger ones but chose the 40". It's hard to tell at the store when you are looking at all those tvs. Realized I didn't need a larger screen.

Nice TV

The TV is also very light to carry and the only drawback is the sound is horrible and sounds like it's in a tin can. But that can be fixed with exterior speakers. I connected a couple of speakers from my desktop computer and the sound is excellent.

The only disappointment is that it doesn't give us the option of going online or adding apps. It is a great TV for viewing your photos and videos and at least the preloaded apps get us programs on Netflix and Hulu.

Very Good Television Set

Great picture and the remote has a nice number pad that some televisions now are lacking. The only down side is the volume is low and lacks deep quality sound. Makes me think that they want me to buy a sound bar or surround sound system in addition to the television. Overall a good buy though.

Great picture, plays well with Sony AV system

Found the Sony at a great price as an open box special, and was thrilled that it works well with the Sony AV system (it was clunky getting the Vizio and System to work together). Picture is great, famously Sony

Ok TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not a huge fan of Sony. Would have liked a different brand but my fiancé wanted to stick with Sony. Only time will tell if it holds up. We’ve gone through a few Sony TVs. My sons 19” LG (which I bought him when he was 13 and he’s now 22) is still a better TV. Pictures good and the sound is better than our last Sony. It’s ok for the price.
