I am not an expert I just go by how easy it was to set up and getting the picture to look pleasing and satisfactory for my viewing and that is why I gave this tv from Sony 5 stars . The colors are great much better than the Samsung it replaced.

I bought this tv to replace a smaller one in my bedroom. I’m very happy to now have a smart tv and it works perfectly. The picture is very good and it shuts off after a while if I fall asleep. I’m really happy with it.

Seems to be easy to navigate thru the prompts. Especially good for connecting to internet or Roku. Made it easier for an old guy who doesn't bother to read through all the directions!

I absolutely love this television. I play a lot of Bethesda games (which tend to have small, blurry fonts) and the details were very clearly and very sharply outlined. First time I've ever been able to read the fonts without squinting.

Bought similar Sony and Samsung TV's at the same time. Samsung had a better picture and turned on almost instantly while the Sony took longer to turn on and didn't have the clarity of the Samsung. More importantly, the Samsung died and is in need of repair already !!

this was a replacement tv for one that quit working that was under warranty. I didnt put a lot of thought into it, just saw this one and got it. Works great.. good color.. nice sound and it was out of the box and running in about ten minutes or so

After doing my due diligence on reviews here and bringing my son along who is up on all the technology, I chose this Sony and could not be happier. Everything works as advertised and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I got this television to replace my 9 year old Toshiba. I wanted an easy way to access Netflix and Amazon Prime. This works very well, the remote is very straightforward. I love technology but not reading directions in minute print...

Great picture, good features to allow USB and other hook ups for sound bar, BluRay, even the old tape machine. More built in features than I will ever use. Netflix, etc. Store personnel recommended the Sony for overall quality. No problems so far, a few months in.

Bedroom TV. Sony TV working well I have a 49 inch in the living room and quality of this one is as good. TV only has two HDMI inputs and one of them is behind wall mount bracket making it impossible to use, this is the reason for not giving any better review.

Clear, sharp picture in all lighting conditions from bright sunlight to the low level light of nighttime. Whether viewing in total room darkness, artificial lamplight, or natural daylight conditions, the picture is crisp, clear, and bright.

This is a great tv at a great price. A 40 inch with a 120 refresh rate, that looks like 240. Clear picture, good sound, easy to set up. Only downfall is limited "smart" functions. But I liked this TV so much I bought another one.

Great TV in all aspects. What sets it apart is the styling.

This was a gift for a family member. She loves her new tv.

I like em a lot. My office setup is awesome. 1080x5760 with 3 screens computer setup. The geeks did have to stop by to set up my video card for this to work. Make sure to use (active) display adapters when using these screens.

Sony Bravia's are in my opinion the best tv you can buy.
