Easy to assemble (after decoding the pictures). Brilliant picture, good audio, sharp, well defined image. Great color palette, only problem: too many transmissions are not 16/9 ratio, so a lot of the pictures are too wide.

Great tv for the price, I definitely recommend this tv.

This Sony product was purchased as a second TV for our household. The quality is great and the remote functions are easy to use. Sony even added a Netflix button for fast access to movies. I would highly recommend this product.

Does exactly what is says on the tin. Great picture quality, multiple inputs and standard sound is just fine for a regular living room. Yet to connect it to my surround sound system, but it will make a great home cinema!

For a very low price I bought a nice smart tv. Love it.

I thought it had Google play, otherwise quality TV and great price.

This Sony TV provides an excellent picture and audio. However, connecting my DVR/VHS combo has proven to be a quandary. The one drawback is that all the connectors are on the bottom of the TV and somewhat difficult to access in that spot.

The Sony - 40 Class LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV is great. The quality is tops. The technology is tops. This TV is allowing us (family) to do new computer related activities. Still learning to use it to its full potential.

This was the perfect time for our bedroom. We didn't need a lot of bells and whistles. The picture quality is great. The button placement on the television is kind of amount. Would get again.

The TV picture quality is great and it's a great value. However, you cannot connect the Wii and a DVD Player at the same time as it only has one video port. Our prior version of this same TV had many ports for both video and HDMI.

I bought this TV for my guest bedroom. It is the third Sony in my house, and this 40" TV has almost as fine a picture as my 55" TVs. I am very satisfied with the 40" TV. Set-up was a breeze, and operation is very straightforward.

Good picture, like the tv. It sits on a tall dresser. The tv I replaced had a stand high enough that the cable box and DVD player did not block the screen at all. The stand on this TV is lower and bottom of picture is blocked.

Can’t get the sound and picture to come on at the same time

Great TV for a reasonable price. Only thing worth mentioning is it only comes with a few apps on this model; however, it has the most popular ones, such as Netflix and Amazon. It's fine if you have a smart blu-ray or a Roku.
