This is probably my 10th Sony TV, and it lives up to Sony high standards. Nice picture, great compact little TV with good features, and was easy to install the base/stand, which is an improvement over other similar Sony models I've had.

Really fast, user friendly apps, fast WifI uploading, excellent picture

I was about to purchase the Samsung in the same category as the Sony when I started watching the Sony while my rep was getting the Samsung. I could tell the difference in picture qualify even though my rep said he couldn't see it, so I pointed out differences in color and clarity to him. So I decided to spend the extra $30 and get the Sony, always wanted a Sony and this one I could afford.

This was easy to integrate with my Apple TV and very easy to set up with my FIOS remote, DVR, & DVD recorder/player. Sony's color is just the best. This was also a great value at $379.00. It is very light and easy to hang.

We bought this for our 80 year old mother. It was so easy to set up, even my husband could set it up. We were able to show her how to navigate and now she is loving the clear picture and streaming Netflix. The picture is clear and has great color. She loves the WIFI features and loves that she can get Netflix. Also she was able to connect her older DVR recorder to copy some old movies for friends.

I bought this Sony TV because my husband's 10yr old Sony Bravia(sp) is still working great and his sound and captioning size is prefect. I tried other brands for the sound and captioning size also & it was a joke. I believe we should get good sound from a tv without buying a sound bar! The TVs that we checked out had very small caption size & you couldn't hear the TV very well from 10ft. away. This TV not only has great volume, but the caption size is wonderful. I really like that it offers you so much control over how you want to watch your picture, sound, etc. So far we give this TV 10 stars! One more thing, very simple to set up and we aren't very electronically savvy. I recommend this TV to everyone.

It's a good smart TV great picture quality recommend.

For the money this is a great TV. The picture quality is impressive and so is the motion. We watch it in both a light and dark environment and have no trouble seeing the picture. This is miles above the Samsung that it replaces after dying at the age of two/

We have a small living room and didn't want it to be dominated by a television; this one fit inside the armoire which had housed our previous set, so we can still hide the TV away when it is not in use. The picture quality is fantastic and I know I can count on SONY quality. Also, my sales associate was genuinely interested in making sure I got the BEST possible BUY. A new entertainment system was a major purchase for us, and the great customer care will be remembered.

Wife and I are seniors but we had no trouble getting the TV out of the box and setting it up. Took a few minutes to program the cable remote to operate the TV but that is usual. The instruction book could be better but we were able to make it work. Still adjusting the color, etc. We'll get it.

Instead of buying a very expensive outdoor TV, I decided to go with something fairly priced and still provided decent quality that wouldn’t drive me nuts. This TV exceeded expectations. I keep this TV mounted to the wall under a covered patio. It works well out there for streaming to my WiFi.

This is my 4th Sony Bravia flat screen TV and the third Smart TV. The picture is fabulous as always. Set up is a breeze and installing the stand was also easy. The price was very reasonable and the store had it in stock so all we had to do was pay and drive it home. Couldn’t be easier

The Soy 40 inch flat screen is just the BEST !! Great sound and picture. No shadows or any other picture aberrations at all !! Sonys are the only tv's I have bought in the past several years and have no disappointments in them.

Great picture, great color, easy to set up. Would give it the highest rating except for one little thing. On the back side of the set is a place to plug in the video out put. It falls out for some unknown reason and is annoying to have to plug it back in every time this happens. Other than that it is great!
