We had a couple software bugs and they walked us through updating via USB. Speakers are on the bottom, much smarter than the rear-facing ones, and we didn't even need a soundbar for our space - and we never exceed 50% volume. I was very impressed with the video quality - we purchased this in-store and this was the absolute best quality of its screen size.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have glaucoma and dry eyes and full HD and 4k videos tires and strains my eyes...The Samsung and Sharp brands tv tired my eyes so I took them back but this Sony tv was the least irritating on my eyes...I wished none of the FULL TV would but Sony was better than nothing...If you have glaucoma or dry eyes which full HD vides tires your eyes then give this Sony tv a look at..My two other tvs are Sony as well I am a Sony guy...My dvd players are Sony too.
