Sony is the best TV out there. This 40" model is great for the bedroom. Very happy with this purchase and the price was great too. Best Buy had the best deal by far. In stock and walked out with it after deciding. Paid for it of course !! LOL

I purchased it for an extended international vacation, needing something that I could check business emails and use spreadsheets. It worked wonderfully and weathered all the airport checks just fine! I'm looking forward to using some of the additional features I haven't had with a standard laptop.

I would certainly recommend it, and also we got an extended warranty for not a whole lot of money. The sales people were very knowledgeable and helped us a great deal to make up our own mind. My son uses it for games and it connects well to his systems.

Ok for someone new to wifi tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was same price as 40" Samsung tv, but sales person didn't bother to tell us that you can't upload any apps to the tv like you can with the Samsung tv. You are stuck with the ones they give you with, with very few apps and some of the apps are ones we wouldn't ever watch (foreign tv, opera...).

I went with Sony because they include a headphone jack which Samsung does not. Problem is if you want to mount the TV to the wall. Wall mount rail totally blocks 1 of the 2 HDMI ports, rendering it useless. Don't know how Sony could have made this blunder.
