I love the TV, but more importantly, the sales associate helped us choose the best siize for our needs and also helped us select the right blue ray player and cables. The tv fits perfectly into our cabinet and is easy to connect. He also explained the functions of a smart tv for first time users.

This is a great TV but it really isn't very smart. Every aspect of this television is excellent with the exception of the "smart" capabilities. The number of apps included is very few but if you add a firestick the problem is solved. At this price point it's a great TV and I would buy another...actually, I did.

The initial set up to get off and running and watching TV was easy. However, adding apps and new channels has been more difficult than other TV's I've had. It requires a Sony account and you have to add them online rather than directly from the TV itself.

I was very pleased with the purchase of the 40" Sony Bravia television and was replacing one that still works but just did not have the HDMI ports I needed so it was time for an upgrade. Great sales team answering all of my questions. Sony Bravia is by far the best quality television.

Good selection of products to choose from, The sales person helped finding the speakers, and she answered all my questions, making it easier to select the ones I wanted. The price was fair and competitive. The product functions well and does the job. I will return to this store for future purchases.

The volume on this TV needs to be way up compared to my previous tv. THis is a Smart TV but I use IPhone-IPads so it is not much use to me. Most all of the apps which there are not many all cost extra money. Getting you tube to work is a challenge. I use Apple TV and find that is easier to use than the Smart TV apps.

sound quality could be better; a little muffled.Needs stronger volume.

i would have given this 5 stars but i had a similar issue that a few others that inoticed in reviews and that was that the tv on occasion would not turn on and i wuold have to unplug it to reset the processer. other than that it was a great tv but for that reason i returned it and got another brand.

I also bought the matching 55 inch, same model for my mother-in-law and she loves them both. Got them both and 2 Sony DVD players for under $1,100. I'm glad that I stopped in Best Buy to pick up a movie and saw the sale. How come you don't mail flyers anymore?

I bought this Sony to replace a defective Vizio 32" M series. Good thing I opted for the warranty! The tuner is much more sensitive in the Sony than the Vizio. I am 60 miles from the tower and I get ALL the channels. You get what you pay for! Sony is worth the $.

MY PICTURE IS NOT AS GOOD AS THE DEMO MODEL OR MY OLDER LAGER SONY TV. IT DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE JACK AS THE SALESPERSON SAID IT DID. I PURCHASED THIS TV SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I AM HARD OF HEARING AND I WANTED THE PHONE JACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT IF THEY WANTED THE PHONE JACK.

Picture quality is great, but if you expect to use this as an actual smart tv don't buy this one. It does the job but is very slow and only has a few apps. Constantly loses the internet connection. It only has one hdmi port.

All of my electronics are from Sony brands so reliable I have never brought any warranties how about that for a Sony. I also write this Sony television with not 5 stars but 6 if allowable comma, I always do my happy dance when I purchase a Sony brand.

The television looks great and works great...the person that sold us the television works on the Geek Squad and he was very knowledgeable of the technology..he also gave us a great deal...we are getting ready to go back and get another one...

I absolutely love my new tv. My living room is small and this tv fits in just right. I was educated at Best Buy on the quality of the picture might have some distortion. I would recommend a little bit higher quality picture, however this picture is pretty good.

All went well except shipping and Best Buy put up with shipping problems even though they were not Best Buy's fault. Really appreciated it! Reduced the stress that resulted from these problems ... this for my daughter in Brooklyn and myself, here in La Crosse.

The Sony bravia brand used to mean high quality. This product has an average image and it is a smart TV but has very limited apps and no apparent way to obtain more apps. The TV is light weight and the instructions actually suggest you hang it from the wall (if you choose to do so) like you would hang a picture, with a cable. That made me uncomfortable so I used the existing cheetah system from the TV I replaced. I am just not satisfied with the quality of the picture. It isn't bright, sharp and frankly I should have gotten a different brand at a $150 savings and been quite satisfied.

I was happy with the picture on the TV, but the sound was below what I expected. I didn't want to purchase a sound bar just to bring it up to acceptable. I was pleased with how Best Buy handled the return.
