Ususal nice sony picture. Mounting it requires a special mount. the stand does not wk to mount it unlike some smaller sonys.

I was amazed at how sharper this was to the previous Bravia I bought several years ago. Only issue was only two HDMI inputs.

I really likebthe brand vizio so I didn't think I would have any issues with it. I love the size and the picture. The other thing I like the most is that I can just control it from my phone. Comes in handy when I can't find the little remote cause it is very thin and small. I like that cast that you can do. All in all Im a happy camper.

I bought this for an average sized room. Just the right size and FHD is enough for a 40”. Dont waste $$ on 4K unless you’re getting 65” or larger. Sony’s standard setting requires zero to minimal fiddling. Great contrast, lively colors, you can’t go wrong with a quality brand.

Sharpness unmatched and set up was a breeze. Just about plug and go. Very sharp image for watching sports of all types. Would recommend this Sony TV to anyone at anytime. Great choice on my part.

This is a great Sony TV for your bedroom or den. It has 120 hertz Motionflow with a boost to 240 hertz. The color and picture are great. The speakers are rear-facing (I'd like to meet the "genius" who thought that was a good idea) so, you may or may not need a sound bar. Overall, a great TV for the price.

Tv looks good, works good and wifi commectivity works perfect. It’s a great buy for what it’s worth.

The color definition and clarity of the picture are exceptional and a great value on top of it all.

Excellent picture and sound; replaced a 9 year old 32" Sony LCD XBR9 that was still working fine (sold it);easy setup easy to control. My only disappointment is that it only has 2 HDMI ports. Since it is being used with my old Sanus full motion wall mount, the HDMI 1 port is completely covered by the VESA plate. Also the VESA mounting position has been moved 6 inches lower in relation to the old TV. This raises the TV closer to my ceiling so make sure you have the clearance for such. If I ever want to hook up a sound bar I will have to remove the TV and modify the Sanus wall mount plate to create an opening for the HDMI cable. If you are using a current style wall mount you should be "OK". I don't under stand why Sony did this but since I only need 1 HDMI for right now, I just used the HDMI 2 port (my older 32" had 4 HDMI's but never had a need for them). I am still very happy with my purchase and the purchase price. Outstanding picture quality as usual from Sony.

Doesn't even look 1080p it looks like a 4K! Fooled me!

I was planning on getting the Samsung TV which had similar features as this one. I had done all the research on that one and I had decided to get that. I just wanted to see the picture quality at the store. When I went to the store, the display Samsung model was acting up- distorted imaged. The associate said, its because of the connection and the TV. If that was the case, interesting that the other brand models were working just fine. Anyway, if it was malfunction in the store, I didn't want to buy it so I went with the Sony (which although I wanted, I initially didn't consider because of the price). Luckily it was on a special and I had to pa only a little more. A Sony is a Sony. I've had it for almost a month now and I'm very happy with it. It was an easy installation and the picture quality is beautiful. I love it and definitively recommend it. The power button is at the bottom- I couldn't find it initially and was quite frustrated.

This TV is a second gaming-only TV in my living room. I haven't had it long enough to have anything bad to say, so I will list the many positive aspects. Only negative I might say is that the color isn't amazing. There isn't much wasted space on the TV for the trim; it's mostly just screen which is really nice. The stand isn't super durable but it's effective (I'd likely recommend a mount but then again, it's only a 40 inch). The sound is decent for TV speakers. And although the color isn't as great as the new 4k TVs, the images are pretty crisp and clear. The sales associate stated that, because it's a Sony smart TV, you can plug a PS4 controller into the TV and game without the console. I have not done this but am looking forward to trying it out. I'm glad that this is the TV I purchased for my gaming. I feel that I would be disappointed if I bought a crappier TV the same size just to save money. If you are looking for a TV for the kids to watch on, maybe a cheaper one would be better. It's a pretty nice product.
