I've sent it to geek squad twice and I'm still having problems, don't know what else to do.

Sound is not that Great but it is Just OK. 3. Picture is just OK. You can get a Branded 43 Inch 4K Ultra TV for the same price.

But I don't know if it was because the item I bought was a returned item or it's because Sony made it bad as it's not used to be. Screen got frozen several times while watching it, and there wasn't actually a thing I could do except to unplug the power cord. It kept happen no matter how I restarted the tv, even with the factory reset, but Nothing helped. So I returned it and reported it to Bestbuy. The 2-star is for the sound as well as the imagine quality which it was nothing to complain about.
