Doesn’t last as long as I would like

I would recommend buying the best warranty and not expecting it to last much more than 3 years. The tv looked and worked perfectly so no complaints on that.

OK TV, but not very "smart"

Runs Pandora, but will not display photos or play music from networked computer. Only 2 HDMI inputs. Have not yet had time to request Geek squad help with these issues.

Component Input not working

I can hear the sound and not the video. I connected Sony Blu-ray using component cable (Red White and Yellow). Spent an hour with online support team to resolve this issue. Support team finally decided it is the problem with the TV. I have to call the Warranty team. I don't know where it is going to take me.

Not Impressed

Within 3 weeks after purchasing we have had issues with the Hulu app locking up and then causing the TV to completely lock up requiring you to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get it to work. There is no way to update the applications already pre-loaded or any way to add applications.

Beautiful picture

surprise Open Box Experience

Later I found it as missing ona sheet of paper attached to the box, but the salesman should have pointed it out to me when we were standing at the box. Not a word. The bottom line -- the remote for that TV is more money than the discount I received on the television. A buzz kill to say the least -- interest in BB is going down quickly...

Horrible TV

No damage. I called support who told me it's probably the back panel and to get it fixed would cost about the same to replace it. If SONY thinks they can sell TVs that last less than 3 years and expect people to just go buy another one they are mistaken.

dark on the edges
