    After 30 days the tv isn't working right. Just enough time where I can't take it back to best buy and now have to inconvenience myself working with sony over the phone. I have done lots of business with best buy in the past (purchasded lots of tv's,washing machine, dryers, dish washers and so on)

    The tv we replaced was only 30-32 inches. This one is perfect for the bedroom. Color is very good.

    I purchased this TV and then realized it did not have a brouser for the internet . so I returned it and purchased a different Tv.

    The TV was rated high and when I installed it was taking too long to connect to wifi. I returned and exchanged for another brand.

    The TV can improve thier web browser. The android system is busy with tons apps. I prefer a simpler platform

    i won't recommend buying this smart tv as it's not at all smart TV, It just has 5 apps(Netflix, Youtube, YuppTv and 2 more) not really worth to have this. Sony is always my favorite choice but this time I really disappointed. I wish sony should never do this sort of low-end TV as smart TV, they should add Basic or some other word.

    36 Days in and nothing.

    Just 36 days in and the TV won't come on. The dreaded Sony flashing red error lights indicate a problem with the video board. Great. I could have just returned it last week but it hung on just long enough that I now have to to get it repaired. Headed over to the store at Lunch to drop it off. Sweet. Great day.

    We bought this TV to 'cut the cord' with our cable company. This 'Smart TV' had few apps and did not work with our soundbar. We returned it and bought a Samsung, which we are very happy with.

    The TV will at times not go no just get a raster and no menu. Have to unplug to reset. Other customers had same problem and Sony does not have a fix.

    This Sony Smart TV seems to be from the era of Smart TVs where having access to "Youtube" was genius....and that's about it.

    Bought this TV in 2016 and was one of the the best small size smart TVs during that era, sadly the software could not be updated regularly/automatically when I increased my wifi speed. This caused it to lag and drop severally making it difficult to watch anything uninterrupted. After over 7 years, the colors and sound quality are still very good. Would definitely recommend!
