Purchase went well…until I realized the salesperson gave me a 32”, rather than a 43” Sony Bravia! Had to reorder & have new one delivered. I returned the original one with no issues. Everyone involved was most helpful, polite & professional. Just a “human error”. TV is greatly being enjoy-fab quality! So nice to have a SMART TV!

Not happy with this purchase. Remote control is very small with the buttons so close together that 90% of the time you make the wrong choice in the menu. The screen is chockfull of apps and information that you don't need and which is overwhelming. When you try to turn off the set 2 choices appear. One says Re-start and the other one says Close and it takes several tries before you can actually turn off the set.

This TV is garbage. Purchased 1 month ago. Every time i turn it off it no longer recognizes my wifi. I then have to unplug it for 30 seconds to reset. It sees my wifi until i turn it off, then it no longer sees my wifi. It is wall mounted so it is extremely difficult to unplug. Wasted $100 on geek suqad protection. Was tolb by Best Buy that it's Sony's problem. Sony doesn't answer the phone.

I wanted a Sony TV, that is all we have bought for years and they have always made us happy, till this one. Don't buy a TV with Google, it is to invasive to your life. Can't set the TV up with a Google account. Why does Google have to update all the time? So many things plasted to the screen when you turn it on you can find what you want. When you do fond it the next time it has moved. The great Sony TV is now something I wish I had never bought because of the Google, there should be a law on how Google invades everything like your cell phone and e-mail when you don't give that info.
