    I have reason to believe this was a pre-owned or refurbished TV. Several problems. The CHAT line with Best Buy was no help at all. No warranty card with given with delivery of this item

    Sony has the worst Technical Support, their TV legs are terrible they don't lock into place and then you have to worry about it falling off, I do not like anything about Sony and this TV weighs a ton, absolutely ridiculous I would never recommend this product ever!

    TV stopped working after 20 days. Geek Squad was NOT helpful. Said I’d have to contact Sony. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

      We need more details regarding your concern. In the mean time, Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. We also recommend updating the software of your television. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

    Sony 43" Bravia 3 LED 4K Smart TV with Google

    I bought the TV to use with an over-the-air TV digital antenna and with streaming services. Unfortunately, the included remote control doesn't have a numeric keypad on it. Thus, for TV I have to press a Channel Guide button on the remote and cursor up/down to find a channel. Very inconvenient. Otherwise, I have no issues with the picture quality or streaming.

    Sony 43" Bravia review

    Excellent TV, easy to setup. The only item I took issue with the TV is the TV remote. I don't particularly like the fact it does not have a numeric key pad and that I have to go into a menu on screen to select the channel. It takes longer to scroll through the onscreen channels than it would to use a keypad. Even selecting the previous channel I have to use the onscreen menu. What's with that?

    Great 43” TV. Very crisp, clear picture with extraordinary color. No blurring when watching fast action. Excellent sound also. A little more pricy than other brands, but picture quality is superb. However, You are on your own with set-up, as the owners manual only shows how to take it out of the box, put the stand on, or mount to a wall bracket.

    No Hulu

    I have had this tv for over a year and enjoyed it. Was even thinking about getting another for bedroom but I’m sure glad I didn’t … Couple days ago I couldn’t open the Hulu app. I tried to update the app but it wouldn’t update. Then I deleted the app to try re-install and that didn’t work either. Looked online and found some tech type conversations about Hulu problem but that was over my head. Today I tried again to download the Hulu app. Found ‘Hulu for Android TV’ … this is a Google TV, and my television actually said to me: ‘HULU isn’t available for this TV’ Sucks, doesn’t it?

    had this sony for almost s year a wonderful tv but settings seem to go back to default settings “picture and sound” hope theres a fix for that other than that great tv
