still haven't utilized all the "bells and buttons", especially the sound.

I've had this tv for a year now. It is painfully slow, it freezes, and has constant network issues. It constantly drops the connection, making Netflix and Hulu useless. Remote lag makes you want to throw the remote at the tv. I also own a Sony Xbr 850e 65inch, it's a higher end tv, but also slow. I've also owned a Samsung Nu7000 55 inch, and let me tell you, Sony is light years behind Samsung in tv operating system(OS) speed. Sony's Opera Tv and Android OS is super slow compared to the Samsung's Tizen OS. This 43inch tv is the lowest of lows on Sony's 4k tv lineup for a reason, it sucks. No HDR, no wide color range, awful remote speed, and it freezes often which forces me to unplug it. You have been warned, this tv is overpriced junk. Don't make the same mistake I did, don't just pay for the Sony name, go with something faster, cheaper, and won't make you want to pull your hair out.

I'm very happy with my new TV. I highly recommend this TV. The stand and TV fit perfectly on my table. The measurements provided were exactly true to size. Best Buy has great products and very good prices. I always buy from them.

I have not yet taken delivery since I am having an entertainment center built and I need to paint it before delivery. The salesman was extremely helpful and I appreciated being able to take advantage of the job interrsr credit card offer.

Picture quality is good, not great, viewing angles leave a lot to be desired, audio is worthless, price was good so not totally dissatisfied.

Great tv... however we were given incorrect info that it would work as Samsung’s do when you have Spectrum. We quickly learned that Sony does not have that ability.

The tv has good color and fits good on the wall. I would buy another one.

We are enjoying the Tv. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that the speakers are so poor we can't hear them well. They were a little garbled and soft. We had to purchase a sound bar to hear the voices clearly and for volume.

This tv is extremely crisp screen and handles movement as well as to be expected for a 4k tv. This is our bedroom tv and does a lot of cartoons on Saturday mornings and they look fantastic!

Only bought this more expensive Sony on the saleswoman's advice, and boy was she right. Great knowledgeable staff at Best Buy TV department.

Bought as open box. It had a dead pixel. The return process was a nightmare. Its not this nice TVs fault that Best Buy CS needs some serious help.

What can I say? It’s a TV. I liked it at first and then I did not like it. It seemed glitchy. It has an excellent TV antenna receiver so I was able to get a lot of channels in HD however there is so much technology and seemingly that it is trying to keep up with the latest competitors in that respect but kept having hangups and issues like screen locking up so it was frustrating. The Sony smart tv basically sucked. Vizio and Roku are much better. The best thing I can say about this TV is that it started showing its issues right away so I was able to return it. Maybe other people have had better luck with it. That’s cool.

Love this TV. The TV wasn't in stock so I had to order online. Best Buy offered free shipping directly to my house. I also have a 65" Sony, both are great TV's.

I got excellent advice from a Best Buy employee and he was absolutely spot on about the quality of the picture. I bought for my grandson to use with his video games.

I had about 3 “smar tv’s” before this one and ended up always buying a roki. This TV is super awesome and has tons of apps and the smart Tv part of it is unbeatable

Using as a monitor for an older Mac Mini. Works great. I have not used as a TV, so I have no input on that.

I bought this as an open box and they informed me it didn’t come with a stand which was fine because I was mounting it. The workers failed to give me the power cord and I did not realize until after I got home. I went back up there as soon as I realized and they could not find the cord. Best Buy doesn’t sell that particular cord so now I’m spending $20 on something I should have received and I have yet to be able to use the TV. Everyone has said this TV is great so when I finally get the power cord in I really hope it lives up to the hype!
