Opened and installed tv approximately 21 days after i purchased it.
As of this day my 43 inch sony will not connect to any router, spectrum, i mobile, or mobil hot spot. Didn't know Best Buy has a 14 day return,Stuck with Sony terrible tech service. Now waiting one for a usb stick with a new software update. Not happy with both Best Best return and Sony. Other major suppliers return policy has a minimum 30 day return. No longer a Best Buy customer for any major purchase.14

After setting it up noticed the voice not matching the persons lips. after checking reviews i found this was a problem other people were having . Was told by sony to restart the tv which i did and all was good for a couple hours then it started again .Restarted again and the TV screen turned pink no picture. Had to restart it 4 times before i could get a picture . Had to return it .

Every single time I use the tv I have to do a hard restart. It never wants to connect to the internet and I’m certain its not the wifi because all the other tvs in the house and desktop computer work fine.

never recieved, not told paid for special dlv, i researched found it it wasnt avialable after i paid for it. My daughter needed in a certain time frame going out of country. Talked to over 5 agents kept telling me the next one could help and have more authority, each polite, lack of knowledge and communication skills. had just bought a 1700 lap top pkg the week before. I bought this beautiful TV as a gift for my daughter. Picked it ups at the Best Buy store, after it needed to be shipped there and delivered it myself to my daughter. When she tried to set it up there was a bump on the screen and the remote would not work. She had to bring it to her closest Best Buy. She got a refund, but the store did not provide her with another Sony Bravia.

I purchased this TV a little over a year ago and I am very happy with this purchase. The clarity of the picture is amazing and I am really surprised by how good the sound is. I did not attach a sound bar but it sounds just as good as my other TV that does have a sound bar. The only negative is that viewing from the side is very washed out. I'm using it in a bedroom where I'm viewing it straight ahead and I am still amazed by how good the picture is. It almost has a 3D affect to it at times but I'm guessing that's the 4K feature. I did end up attaching a Roku to this TV because I prefer using their less busy menu. It works great either way.

120hz refresh, bright clear colors and more! I wanted a large format screen for my computer for documents and gaming. This checked off all the boxes. I play Cyberpunk and other games and it is great. Definitely much cheaper than a dedicated gaming monitor. I might not have all the high refresh of dedicated gaming monitors, but it also didnt cost me a fortune. Highly recommended!

This is the first time owning a Sony. Very pleased with the 43" Sony Bravia TV. Picture quality is great. Remote is odd since it has no numbers so I use a FIOS remote. Took a little time to set up the TV (no instructions on set-up just a lot of instructions on safety). Sound is fantastic. Would recommend.
