This Google TV is not what I expected of SONY

Despite registering it with our business gmail account, there are no features/signs of connectivity. No apps can be downloaded. Basically we can not stream any app; Discovery+ etc etc. Wish Best Buy could send a Geek Squad Tech to resolve streaming issues with this Google TV. It will be OK to pay Geek Squad Charge if I issue is of my own making; lack of technical capability.

For the available channels when using an over-the-air antenna, this usually depends on your physical location and the TV signal coverage of the local broadcasting stations in your area. Actual signal strength may vary depending on a variety of factors including building structure, neighboring buildings and trees, weather, and the type of antenna used. Signal strength may be weak when using an indoor antenna or in hilly areas.
Note: Indoor antennas perform best in areas with strong signals. Outdoor antennas are preferred in areas of weak signals.

And to add receivable channels that are not present in the TV memory, you will need to perform an Auto program (ref: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/iusltn1/v1/en-003/08-04_11.html?hl=auto+program).
As for the apps, you can download them from the Google PlayStore app on your TV. Make sure that your TV is connected to the internet.

Manual says to ‘click this in he menu’ but that option doesn’t exist. And when I set it to start up using last used input … it will revert to something else, completely at random.
