The TCL tv had a nice picture and its hard to explain but the picture on the Sony TV just POPS.

It automatically connected to my Wi-Fi signal and was watching a fantastic picture. Perfect for my bedroom. I can see the picture at any angle. Two thumbs way, way up!

The picture is nice. Google TV is nice, but I figured what I payed for this thing, it would live up to its namesake of SONY, it does not!

You cant beat Sony picture quality. Easy to set up out of box, very bright screen and clear picture in a room with a lot of sunlight. Volume is good too even without a sound bar.

Great picture but issue w/ smart TV menu & cables

My only complaints are that is has trouble detecting my DVR, even w/ different cables & using alternate cable slots, and, the smart menu if laggy, even though the same smaller size Sony TV I have does not have the issue...

If your replacing an older Sony 42-43 inch tv make sure to measure your current stand. We ended up getting a 50 inch instead because 50 is the new 43.
